Boots were good but customer service is…
Boots were good but customer service is not. I need to return the other size I bought. I have emailed and messaged on social media for days to no avail. You have to have the return authorised which is fine but it says to print the postage label but there is not one to print. It’s not straight forward unfortunately.

Hi Kayte, I would firstly like to apologise that you feel our customer service was not good enough. SM doesn't monitor any customer issues in relation to orders and we do ask to reach out to us via our customer contact email address. There has been an issue with the returns part of the website which is controlled by shopify. I can only apologise they have had some issues over the past few days of which have been sorted now, but unfortunately it has been extremely inconvenient. I was about to help you and send you a Royal Mail postage label to help you out, but they seemed to have fixed the problem just as I was reaching out to you. Once again I am really sorry you didn't feel the returns process was straight forward, but I do hope that now I have explained the issues were out of our control and that it is a straightforward process. We do hope to see you at ToeZone again :) After all of that thank you for purchasing our boots and pleased you liked them :)

So grateful for the lovely Sharon at ToeZone.
We always buy the children’s school shoes from ToeZone, unfortunately this time my sons pair were possibly faulty. Sharon was so kind, helpful and understanding, she arranged for a better replacement pair for my son, asked questions about his need and what he likes. They arrived and wow, what really lovely shoes, so sturdy, solid but super comfy shoes. Both myself and my little boy are chuffed to bits with them. They even had a free drawstring bag which was my son was so happy with.
Can’t recommend ToeZone enough, easy to see if the shoes fit by using the bottom of the shoe and the soft spongey inside is so nice and super comfy, my daughter said it’s like walking on clouds.
So many lovely, different designs to choose from.
My daughters shoes that we brought September 2022 lasted her the whole school year and she said they were still as comfy as when we first brought them.
Will always buy ToeZone for the children’s school shoes.

Great customer service
Bought school shoes for my son. The first pair didn’t last a week so I contacted Toezone who were brilliant. Recommended a different pair and had them shipped that day. Second pair so far surviving my destructive 7 year old and he says they’re really comfy. Thank you for the great customer service.

I actively seek out ToeZone shoes for my children's school shoes as they are such good quality, real leather, and last really well. I had to do an exchange and the whole process was very smooth and quick deliveries.

Very good quality shoes
I bought a toezone school shoe from another website last year for my son. For the first time his school shoe lasted all year with out peeling or having any fault at all. I had to check the toezone
brand website itself this year, and bought all my children's school shoes from there. Please never reduce your shoes quality because it is rare to find good quality and affordable school shoes these days. My kids love their shoes as they are so comfortable.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a pair of shoes that were not delivered to my address but was accused of not being in and had to wait till they heard from the courier. The courier sent an image that was not my neighbours house and they would not take my word for it. After much discussion they finally sent out another pair but put on the guilt trip of reminding me they were a family run business and out of pocket.

Poor service, so surprised to see this as I did everything possible to locate your package. The courier assured me they had delivered the package of which I sent you details of and as I have no idea what your street looks like I could not say it was or wasn't your address. Once you advised it wasn't your address I very kindly resent the shoes. All I explained to you was how frustrating it is that the couriers sometimes don't take care when delivering parcels and for us to try and keep a good customer service we have to resend the shoes at our cost. Apologies if you took this as making you feel guilty. Such a shame because as a family business we do go the extra mile to help our customers and you are communicating with real people when you contact us. Such a shame we replaced the shoes and got a 1 star review - can't please everyone!!
