I am new to your site and have have done quite a few surveys to begin with,I have read lots of bad reviews and would like to ask if I get 190.000 points does that mean I will receive £35 to the uk?

This is an update to a previous review of Toluna. In summary, I had requested a $25 Amazon gift card on Aug 23, 2024. After two weeks I was abruptly told the transaction had been cancelled and my points credited back to my account. No explanation given at all. I then requested to cash out my points for cash to PayPal. It was around that time that my password stopped working. Toluna first gave me the runaround with "clear your cache, refresh, etc." Then they stated I had acted fraudulently and they were keeping the money. Really? To top things off, out of the blue Sept 19th I get an email from Toluna saying the transaction had been cancelled again but the points were credited back to my account and they "hope to see you soon." I'm not sure what they're responding to now because I see them for the scam they are and have not wasted my time with them. It does sadden me though because I took their surveys for about 2 years and thought they had integrity.

Same issue as people below. It's been saying for several days now ' We are currently out of surveys' even though there appears to be plenty, then the stupid 'it's not you it's us error page.
I complained before but they said it's my ip address problem but I've had this issue with ALL 3 of the ISPs I've been with so it's wrong. I can sometimes do the surveys again later but the problem always comes back. Why can't Toluna sort this out?

toluna paid me once and now it denies my withdrawals
I have time registered on the page, I received my first payment but then they stopped paying me the requested GC, this is very incomprehensible to me since I follow all the panel's regulations but this inconsistency leaves me upset with the panel because I complied with completing the surveys but I come back and repeat, they only paid me once and then all the requested payments were denied

Where do I start?
It was all right to start with, however lately:
- I'm constantly screened out
- keep getting error messges right at the end of surveys and no reward
- "no surveys available"
and now as i was about to use up my points my account misteriously doesn;t work - authentification failed and I can't reset my password.
so in simple words - SCAM!
The reason for no surveys available
I, like many here, have had the experience of "No Surveys available".
When I queried this with Toluna I was told that this was due to my IP address being flagged by one of their security companies.
Looking into this further, it is not my IP address the security has flagged but my internet providers server where all there traffic goes through for Virgins Security. Toluna gave me a list of their four security companies they use and on their blacklist was not only Virgin, but Sky, o2 and many more.
When I tried to explain to Toluna how this would effect their customer base in the UK they said there was nothing they could do.
So basically this is not Toluna's customers fault but the security firms they use, flagging most of the UK's main broadband providers.
I hope that somebody from Toluna gets to read this, and starts to understand why they are getting so little business from the UK atm and why they are hetting poor ratings from UK customers
Plain and simple
Plain and simple. These people use all your inputting and then block you under false pretences so they don't need to reward you. I will be contacting the companies the supposedly work for and report them. Avoid at all costs.
Banned like everybody else was
I was recently banned from Toluna for no reason at all, like most of the other people I was told for weeks "no surveys available" and then I suppose Toluna got sick of me complaining so decided to ban me like they banned everybody apparently. Or are there still some people who are able to use Toluna?
I was emailed by them today warning me to stop making "defamatory posts" about them. A truly despicable company.
Did surveys with them for over 10 years…
Did surveys with them for over 10 years with no issues. Then around 2 months ago it started saying "we're currently out of surveys" every time I clicked on an invitation. Like Dylan was told it was an issue with my IP address or antivirus but it's happening on both my Windows PC at home and the Apple I pad I use at my parents (separate devices, IP addresses and operating systems) and the issue occurs with them all. Seriously considering unsubscribing. Terrible way to treat users.
toluna doesn't want to pay for our survey opinions
was answering the surveys thoughtfully and honestly. was gaining points quite quickly as i went on toluna everyday. they suspended my account without giving a reason. so all the points i had and the amazon voucher that was already being processed are gone. i should have listened to all the reviews about it being a scam.
i've received a reply from toluna but it doesn't explain anything. then i had an email saying change my password. i really don't get whats happening here. nearly every single time i try to contact toluna i get a completely different answer so i'm even more confused now.

one survey, i answered one survey thoughtfully and honestly. wasn't paid. every other survey i tried doing threw me straight out before asking me any questions. 2 minutes later i'd been locked out again. they suspended my account again.
they've done this because they didn't like my trustpilot review. as soon as they'd seen i had changed the 1 star rating to a 5 star rating they suspended my account again.
Great. So all the stuff they wrote on my trustpilot review was all lies. I answered one survey. All the other surveys didn’t even ask me any questions. My account had only just been un suspended. One survey I answered truthly shows that toluna lies, never pays its survey takers but sells all the information that i’ve given and keeps all the money.

i was just using toluna. every survey i did threw me out saying filled up, or looking for something else, or i completed them but didn't get paid. i did a contact you ticket about this. started looking for surveys again. 2 surveys threw me out, one survey asked me lots of things, then suddenly said i've accessed this when it shouldn't have let me. now i've been locked out of my account again.
so now i'm just letting everyone know what this company does to make their profit. they make profit by not paying the people who take their surveys
Biggest waste of time I've ever seen
Biggest waste of time I've ever seen. Firstly it takes about 3 hours filling in surveys for a £5 Amazon voucher. Secondly, you'd be lucky to even get that far as 90% of the time you start filling out surveys only to be told you're not eligible after about 10 questions. Just spent an hour trying to fill out a survey and wasn't eligible for even one! Do yourselves a favour and find something better to do with your time!
Not received my voucher since website was updated
Since updating their website it has been impossible to find anything. I cashed out in September and was told it would be 1-2 weeks for my reward. That time has been and gone. I tried to put in a ticket on the website but after submitting I got an error message. I have had no email with the voucher either. The new look website is awful.

I order 3 X £5 Amazon rewards on 25/8/22 still not received them. You can not contact Toluca as nothing is going through to them. What a con.......joke is that keep sending me surveys. If I unsubscribe then I have no chance then as all records will get removed. There doesn’t seem to be another legitimate email to get in contact with them either.

I had been using this site for a few months, amassing 40k+ points. Recently couldn't access ANY survey and contacted them. Informed it was MY problem with MY IP address. Tried to cash in points, not available in UK. Did not explain this when I registered. Waste of time and effort. Should be zero stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have only just joined and wish I had read the reviews.
I joined and did everything I needed to do then in just 12 hours I received about 20 emails saying there were surveys that I could do. I clicked on the surveys and I wasn't a suitable candidate. So I couldn't do any of them.
First of all they promise all sorts of gifts but you have to earn points for them. The loints are nigh on impossible to get because you don't do the surveys. The surveys are for points but it will take anyone a few years to get a £10.00 gift voucher.
I joined because it said that you would get sent products to keep just for reviewing them but instead you're bombarded with surveys that you xan't even start as the system won't let you. A complete waste of my time.

Having been with Toluna for around 20 years I have had many problems during that time but nothing to do with the surveys I regularly take. Last week I applied for my latest voucher, inexplicably it was returned, I thought it was another Toluna blip so re applied. The next thing I knew I couldn't get into my account, once again I took this to be the usual blips as this had happened several times before. I eventually emailed to advise of this problem. I was gobsmacked when I received their reply. I have had my account revoked due to implied irregularities and implied dishonesty on my part. Impossible to find out what I have supposedly done as I have not done anything that I haven't done in the preceding 20 years. I am disgusted that they can do this with absolutely no warning. I have noticed from lots of posts on other sites that they do this often to their members, usually when they have just ordered their rewards. I also have to point out that a few short weeks ago I queried something on the site and the email I got back told me the problem ( low quality answers on the site ) was not a problem with me and that I am a very valued member, funny they can go from that to dishonest in such a short time, I still have this email and can prove what was said. I would stay away from them and advise others to do the same in the future
In addition they did the same thing to my husband last year. They never responded to any of the eight emails he sent them when he couldn't access his account. I intervened on his behalf from my own account and got the exact same pathetic excuse they have given me for suspending my account. They did re instate his account and he managed to get the voucher he had applied for when they suspended him and has never used the account since. Perhaps I should have stopped at the same time but I think that says it all.
Beware these scammers. Zero stars!!!
I had the same issue as everyone one else writing bad reviews. I wish I had reviews then before joining as would of saved myself lots of time and hassle. Placed an order for a voucher and then a few days later i cannot log in. Pretty sure it’s my password but try to reset. Your then advised you will be sent an email to reset your password. Never received one so contacted support. I then got a message saying they believed I was being inaccurate with my information and have suspenses my account! Funny how that happened after I placed my order! I asked where I had apparently been dishonest and to send me the evidence and also how I could get the voucher I believe I am still owed. I have been ignored ever since. Most of the surveys let you fill in half and then kick you out as now full , the surveys are full of errors and you get struck. Do not waste your time on Toluna they are scammers and a waste of time.

I have been a member since 2010 it was good then but now it is a waste of time, always faults and no surveys to do. They just keep giving you excuses when you question them about the surveys.
