Tommee Tippee Insulated Sporty Cup Replacement Lids

I had two customer service reps, Antony and Jo! I reached out inquiring about getting new lids for my sons Tommee Tippee Insulated No-Spill Sporty Toddler Sippys. My son has level 3 autism and will only use these sippys, we have tried tons of other ones that end up going to my nephew’s since he won’t use them. My son will chew the spouts till they are down to the hard plastic. I was inquiring about getting new lids, sadly Tommee Tippee does not have replacement lids you can buy. Which I explained I was okay with and would just purchase new sippy cups. Well, these two reps decided to send me two new cups completely free!!! I was over joyed! This company did not have to do that, as the cup was not a defect of their own, but of my son’s chewing. I love Tommee Tippee and so does my son! This company is definitely a 5 start company and easily the best company I have ever reached out too! Thank you again! (:

DO NOT BUY

I bought the Tommee Tippee Insulated Sporty Bottle, 9oz double pack bc of the bite proof spout they’re supposedly leak proof well that’s false and not true because they leak even when sitting up right on the table. I’ve had to wash sheets and couch covers everyday in just the week of having them because they’ll literally spill out almost all the milk inside I’m done with them do NOT buy.

Florence was extremely helpful

I bought a defective pacifier and reached out to support for assistance. Florence resolved my issue and got all pertinent information to help it not happen again with such efficiency and kindness. Cannot thank her enough!

The most incredible agent, Miss Morgan went above and beyond to help me and to say she took care of me and solve the issue with the sippy cups would be an understatement. Customer Service was great

Customer Service was great. Florence was able to resolve my issue quickly as a parent of two toddlers resolving these issues quick and easy was very helpful. Highly recommend their brand!

Amazing customer service

Replacement cup for broken straw

Nicholas and Morgan were great to work with. They will be sending a new cup after a straw broke due to normal toddler use. This is much appreciated. I’d give 5 stars if the broken part could just be replaced (I’d pay for it!), as this is better for the environment.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a straw and when it couldn’t be replaced, the company sent me brand new cups! Extremely accommodating and really stand by their product!

Contacting customer service regarding a product defect was easy to do. Izzy listened very patiently and was able to connect with me via email to obtain more details while staying on the phone. She was able to help resolve the issue and provide suitable alternatives for replacement. I am very pleased with the experience!
