Worst experience
Worst experience. The slowest flow bottles they have drowned my baby. I contact and asked if they have preemie options. No of course not. So I have $100 worth of bottles from my baby shower I specifically asked for that I cannot use or even return for that matter. Very furious with this brand. Every bottle should have a preemie option!

The smaller bottle allows you to make a smaller feed for those little ones that have a smaller tummy and also so that you can trial the teats without wasting feeds.
Having a preemie can come with its own challenges so we do not want your feeding journey to add more stress and discomfort, one of our Parent-Care Specialists have reached out to discuss this further with you so that you can get back to feeding your little one with ease.

The Tommee Tippee Starter Straw Cup is the best for little ones! I have not found a comparable straw sippy cup. My son picked up on it right away at 6 months old, which made an easy transition away from bottles.
Their customer service is very helpful and replaced the straws when they were no longer functioning as they should. Definitely recommend!!

I love the products but,
I love the products. They are fantastic and they also are the only cups my autistic two year old will use. But right now I'm having a problem cause their cups say bite proof ad son managed to bite the top off both cups in less than a month. So hopefully they can do something to fix that or something.
Customer service was great. Very helpful so far.
Will update review after a solution has been given.

We appreciate that it may be difficult when your son bites the top off the cups, although bite proof if continually chewed then the spout may well disperse from the cup.

I originally emailed Tommee Tippee because my little guy has a sensory processing disorder and chews things, I purchased their sports cups that were spill proof and bite proof. My son who definitely figured out a way to chew up the spouts definitely did. I wrote an email to the company seeing if I can just purchase replacement lids. The company went above and beyond and replaced all 5 of my cups completely with no charge. We have been using Tommee Tippee for 5 years now and I will be a customer for life. I will even buy their products for my grandkids. The pacifiers, bottles, and cups are all great products!! The customer service is exemplary!! Thank you Florence, Thomas, and Izzy for all your help!! Thank you Tommee Tippee for making wonderful products!! Sincerely a customer for life!!

Great products and great customer service.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company! ❤️ They were so generous in sending us bottles and binkies to try, and I’m so thankful they did because they ended up being a total lifesaver!
I breastfeed, so we mainly use the bottles when I give my daughter pumped milk, and we’ve been really happy with them. But the binkies completely surprised me! 😂
My daughter is 6 weeks old and has refused pretty much every binky we’ve tried since bringing her home. She would either spit them out almost immediately or make the absolute nastiest face like she wanted nothing to do with it. 😂 I had tried basically every kind except theirs because, honestly, I didn’t think she would like the shape. I always went for binkies that looked the most nipple-like, so I never even gave these a chance.
Well… today she proved me completely wrong! 😂 She kept their binky in her mouth for over 20 minutes, which has NEVER happened, and then actually fell asleep with it still in her mouth! Normally she spits every other binky out even if she falls asleep with it.
So needless to say, I’m officially a believer! 😂 You guys may have just saved my life AND my breasts from being used as a 24/7 comfort pacifier. 😂
Thank you again for being so generous and for making products that my baby actually loves! We will absolutely be recommending your company to other moms! ❤️

Top notch customer service. I reached out because the straw in my son’s weighted straw cup had a rip in it, and I wanted to see if I could purchase replacement straws from the company. Nicholas replied the next day and said they would send replacement straws for free. I was not expecting that! Excellent service!!!
