Customer service is a 10/10
Customer service is a 10/10 for me. The gentleman who helped wasn't hiding behind a facade and was straight to the point with the products and what he could do to help me with it. The only thing that sucked was that I own the old version of the breast pumps, so replacement parts are no longer available. Bummer, but he was so helpful no matter the outcome. I will just have to purchase the newer version, haha.

I lost a piece to attach straw and…
I lost a piece to attach straw and another lid entirely and they replaced the cup for free I thought that was so cool. We’ve used their bottles since birth as well never an issue!

Great customer support
I reached out to Tommee Tippee on Facebook because we have twins and are struggling to find a bottle that works. Beth and Morgan were so prompt and helpful with their response, and they even offered to send bottle samples for the girls. I reached out to about 15 different bottle companies, and Beth and Morgan were the only ones to provide true support. Thank you both so much!

I am weaning my baby NOT SPILL PROOF
I am weaning my baby. I drove 40 minutes away to buy this spout & straw cup that is supposed to be “ leak and shake proof” only to drive all the way back home and find out that was not true! This is very disappointing I want a replacement product Or a refund if this is just deceptive advertising.

Well I reached out a couple weeks ago…
Well I reached out a couple weeks ago and never received a response back to my support ticket. I am disappointed because children grow up fast and my child used to drink out of these sippy cups all the time. It’s been hard to find a sippy cup that actually works and I love these cups, but it’s hard when you see other brands post replacement parts and can’t find any for this brand.

Izzy a was very helpful! I asked for replacement parts for my grandsons sporty sippy cup as we lost a piece. I also asked for a few extras and was willing to pay for them. The parts are being shipped to me at no charge. I wasn’t expecting free. I appreciate the great customer service.

Great service
7/17 had Florence help me out today and she was great. We were looking for straw replacement on the flip top insulated sippy cup but they do not make replacements for those. Hopefully in the future, Tommee Tippee sells replacement parts for the flip top insulated sippy cups. My son loves the straw and cup but is autistic and a chewer. The straw’s never last. She did send out a new set of sippy cups for us to try out. Wish us luck!

At first I started a chat on the website. It was taking awhile to get responses so I opted to do email communication. I was connected with Martin and they were able to get me the replacement parts I needed for my pump and got me all squared away!

I came looking for replacement parts…
I came looking for replacement parts for our favorite sippy cup. I was worried i would not be able to replace it. Thankfully Izzy was able to help so fast and friendly. We love our Tommie tippie cup. So easy to clean and my baby boy loves the weighted straw makes it able for him To drink at any angle.
