The customer service (Ollie) was super helpful. I realised I accidentally placed the wrong size order, and he refunded my order to allow me to order a new size. Ollie also advised me on how the sizing for different items works.

I originally received a couple of Tom’s Trunks items as presents, for my birthday and was pleased with the fit and quality. Recently, I placed an order myself, for a pair of shorts (a gift for my daughter) and a pair of pants for myself. I unfortunately had a quality issue with the pants and had to contact Tom’s Trunks about it. I uploaded photos of the pants to them and they very quickly sent me a returns label and my refund was issued in 2 days . . . excellent! A staff member, called Romy (Customer Happiness), was most friendly and helpful.
Thank you, to Tom’s Trunks, for their excellent customer service, I will definitely be purchasing lots more from this company! 😊 x
