I purchased a pair of Tom's Trunks at Cowes Week a a couple of years ago where they had a stall. They were lovely material and so I decided to try them again and recently purchased another pair of trousers. Unfortunately the sizing isn't great for women. The last pair I purchased was good and they weren't too long but my second pair are way too long and too large. I purchased a size slightly larger as the other pair were a little tight but there was no rhyme or reason why they are so much larger. It's possibly because they are unisex which really isn't the greatest idea . I have mentioned this to the company as the material is lovely to wear but they need to reconsider their sizing for us ladies!

Amazing customer service. There was a slight issue with a returns item and within 10 minutes it was completely sorted. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Everything about this brand, products and customer service is top notch. I ordered the wrong thing and within minutes of emailing I had a response and the issue was sorted.

Very impressed with the quality of the shorts and trousers. The linen is not C-thru and does not crease. Lots of compliments received. The customer service has been excellent as I ordered multiple sizes as they were a gifts and very quick to respond. Highly recommend this brand.

Amazing ! - spoke to Ollie on the matter of sizing as id ordered the wrong size within 20mins of sending the email on a Sunday they cancelled the ordered and issued a refund so I could get the correct size !!

Excellent service, I managed to put the wrong shipping address on my order, 1 quick email and it was resolved in 15 minutes. Wish all companies had that customer service!!
