I received exactly what I had ordered
I received exactly what I had ordered, with an itemised invoice, and some free photo paper thrown in as a gift. I can see other people's reviews, but my experience was very different. Based on my experiences, I would recommend them heartily. Inexpensive cartridges that work and a quick delivery over the new year holidays- thank you for great service!

Rude and abusive.
shocking customer treatment, faulty cartridge but no way to get them to accept it. Buyer beware!
The person ended up sending an email in capital letters, very shouty. All in all an unpleasant, unethical firm.

Bought a 3 pack of 63XL Black
Bought a 3 pack of 63XL Black, never thought to open as had plenty in the printer. No invoice etc in box. Have bought from them many times before with no problem. Opened today and found 1x63XL Black and two different type smaller ones. Rang up, can’t do anything without an order number, then she started yelling over the top of me and wouldn’t listen, told her to shut up so I could get a word in, but wouldn’t and didn’t like being to shut up. She finally hung up on me. Husband rang back, same thing, talking over the top and not wanting to listen.
Would never buy from them again, just rude and arrogant.

dont trust this company - pick another one
Website says 99% of orders shipped the same day. Still waiting after 18 days. Phoned them and was told they are too busy to talk and deal with the issue?! Then when I said I would contact my credit card company and tell them to process the transaction as a fraudulent transaction - they said they would do it today. Will see... There are tons of other toner places - go elsewhere. Not worth it.
