My order had some problems, but Arslan provided excellent customer service throughout the process.
Initially, they shipped the wrong model of toner. Next, they shipped the correct toner, but it was defective.
Communication was timely and professional at all times.
In the end, issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

Unfortunate experience with this company. I made a purchase of an ink cartridge. I was charged $10 for delivery, received delivery of the incorrect item and was told I would be charged for the original delivery of the incorrect item and charged to return the incorrect item.
I was not offered the correct item at no charge or offered a full refund for the incorrect item which I received.

The service provided was commendable, characterized by prompt delivery and, most notably, competitive pricing.

Arslan was very responsive and made sure I was kept up to date on the shipment. When something ended up taking a little longer than expected he called me to ensure I was ok with that. The products I ordered have gotten a vintage typewriter I inherited from my grandparents up and running again and I am thrilled! This was the only site that carried the parts and I will definitely order again.

I ordered printer ink for an older printer machine. They delivered the product fast. They then follow-uped with how their printer ink product is working. (It is working GREAT, by the way.)

They also call periodically to tell you about promotions and or if you require any additional products.

They are friendly and helpful.

Excellent, proactive customer service! Even before I placed the order, they took the time to make sure I was choosing the right toner and clearly explained how long it should last.
