After ordering a 3D printed part to replace the broken hinge on my Joseph Joseph bin, I wasn't sure it was quite the right fit. So I emailed the company and was pleasantly surprised that, after a few emails back and forth discussing the part, the guy I was emailing offered to produce a new part with the larger dimensions I suggested.

That part arrived in less than a week, and is now in place as the hinge for my bin lid catch.

Great after sales service, which gives me confidence to buy more tools from this company.

The items arrived quickly and well packaged. On inspection the fixings where poor, so I emailed as soon as possible. This was a manufacturing issue, not ToolBuyer. Our stupidly expensive Joseph Joseph bin broke after many years and instead of buying a £150 new bin or a £40 replacement lid in the wrong colour,I bought a £7.99 replacement part that is better than the original and fit perfectly. With free shipping. Thank you.

Goods never received, no offer of replacement or refund. Had to contact toolbuyer twice before being supplied with a tracking number showing successful delivery that has no reference to either my name or address. If that was tracking information for my parcel why was it not supplied to me upon dispatch of goods instead of after I contacted them about good not delivered. Buyer beware.

Paid for next delivery ordered Friday did not arrive until following Wednesday - no respond to email and no one answers phone .
