Received broken pressure washer ..
Received a pressure washer, came damaged with the lance holder cracked and the holder broken off of it . Emailed them and they offered a refund or £20 CREDIT due to it being "cosmetic"? Even though it has a purpose ... I've emailed them asking for a replacement and they have not replied to my emails .... Sitting here with a broken pressure washer and no response....

I had to go to AMAZON against my wishes got the paint 4 days later at half the price
When phoning the person was always going to check what was happening and come back to me still waiting for my call or email
