Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Delivery satisfactory, however needed to return goods at a cost. Money for goods and cost to return taken from bank, goods still not picked up. Phoned and left messages and emailed multiple times and have had no replies - shocking customer service

Still awaiting a reply from the sales team
Emailed to say that the mechanism for winding the rotary arm wasnt working ! They then said to try various steps from Hills advice

I would take 1 star for the packaging - this isn't an easy item to pack, but the end of the pole wasn't protected and arrived slightly misshapen. Fortunately, it still fits the hole.
