Yam took up our problem immediately and kept us up to date almost daily when our package went missing. They were in constant communication with the delivery company, and when the package couldn’t be found, Yam organised another to be sent, it was with us within 2 days.

I was totally surprised with the outcome of Top-Smile Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner.
I am a smoker and a tea drinker and it took tartar and stains off the first time I used it, my teeth definitely look brighter.
It was simple to use, it didn’t hurt my gums or teeth.

They may have grown too quickly, but my experience has been very poor. Very slow to respond to queries and issues and appear to have internal process issues. I ordered the product at the start of August & after lots of frustrating, unresponsive & unproductive customer service, I’ve ended up with nothing - although they have given me my money back. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a lot of spare time to chase things & you’re prepared to stay at home for 2 weeks in case they try to deliver when you’re out!

It works
Have been using for a week, every other day along with flossing and although my teeth were not mega bad on the bottom it did get rid of plaque and staining which was present. So for me it has worked.

Surprisingly effective!
I wasn't expecting much given the low price, but it removed months of coffee stains in seconds! Well worth having and I'm glad I got one.

Hi i received my cleaner and it was faulty.I contacted support and received an email from customer support advisor named Yam. He was amazing.I told him what the problem was ,he asked me if i wanted a refund or a new unit sending which I agreed to.The new unit was posted before they even got the old one returned.Great customer service and my new cleaner is working as it should.Happy days😊

You only need a tiny bit of the whitener on a damp toothbrush so this pot will last for ages. I have noted a real sparkle! I also have the ultra sonic tooth cleaner and that is amazing. Not needed a hygienist appointment for years!

Seriously I didn’t believe it would be so effective. It just dissolves the plaque. I mean how does it do that? Crazy. Can’t believe I didn’t buy one before. Highly recommend

I have to say that I wasn’t sure if the effectiveness of this nifty tool at first. Starting in the softest setting I was seeing no results worth shouting about. A couple of sessions on full whack and bingo, all my plaque build up is no more. I am chuffed to bits having a big dentist phobia, and highly recommend giving this tool a go!

Seeing the videos on FB I was a bit skeptical but I thought I would go for it, when using Ur product I was surprised it actually works. Very happy customer.

This is amazing! Totally blew my mind how well this works folks! It removes plaque and stains with ease and the best part it didn't cause any discomfort or pain AT ALL i have sensitive teeth and I have to say I found using it satisfying and almost addictive getting in all the hard to get areas and seeing it bring my smile back to it's former pearly white self! 10/10 for me 😁

Really impressed
I'm not a fan of the dentist but i also like clean teeth so this has been excellent. Easy and painless to use and after just one use i could see a huge improvement. My teeth are sparkly white again!
