we were initially worried after reading…
we were initially worried after reading the reviews however when we checked in we were given a cubby room which I believe they do that anyway to guests to get the extra money. However to get a a decent size room with a balcony it comes with a cost.
When we booked the holiday everything was agreed that a room with a sea view and balcony was already included in the package. Although there were plenty of rooms available we were asked to pay 150 euros if we wanted a sea view. Glad i didn't as it was also facing a noisy pool with the bbq smell in the evening.
Anyway After convincing the Mohamet at reception he agreed to give us a room with balcony which was ok until the morning when I stepped out you could hardly see out apart air conditioning from other rooms!. Apart from that scenario we realised that you get what we paid for and we were NOT disappointed with the hotel as the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was quite far to walk downhill and it was a bit difficult for my husband however when we did try and walk it was packed and beach space belonged to the hotels nearby. I believe there is a sister hotel belonging to Sun Beach not far from the beach and I should have asked for a sunbed there if there was one available but it slipped my mind. Overall not bad but seen Antalya (Side) now and may look to go somewhere else in the near future.

My elderly nan used this company to book a holiday for herself and 5 other family members including myself. She paid in full, (at least she thought she had, as that was her instructions) initially. Then to have a phone call whilst we were abroad demanding an extra £350, and they threatened to cancel our flight back. Which left us no choice to pay the monies owed.
Baring in mind it was £300 then after further phone calls to the company it went up to £350!!
A family friend booked with this company also and turned up on holiday to find the hotel
He had booked with the company was closed!!
Incompetent company, please book through the airlines directly for better protection and correct!! Fees.

Ease of booking explained to us in a very efficient manner and Karam went out of his way to provide us with full information. Thus we didn’t realise after we made the payment that additional admin fees will be required by Whizz air to complete the whole process before we travel. Will be our first experience however if all goes according to our requirements we will definitely use this company for our future trips.

During the booking process more costs…
During the booking process more costs were added to the holiday, ie transfers, bigger luggage allowance, also admin fees slapped on. Found the same holiday cheaper which included the additional costs. Booking prices are non refundable, won't be using Top Notch via Cheeky Trips again....

Disappointing customer service
Unfortunately I have been forced to edit my initial review of Top-Notch holidays. We are now on our holiday and have encountered problems with the hotel to airport transport booked by the agent - the company TLT, dropped us several streets away at 11pm at night after a lengthy flight. We had no idea how to find the hotel and were saved by the hotel owner.
I telephoned Top-Notch for help with the return transfer (after sending an email that was ignored). I spoke to Lee who promised a return call but didn't bother. I phoned again, but Lee would not take the call.
In the end we have booked a taxi at further expense. We were unable to reach TLT, who will only deal with us via the agent that booked the transport.
After Top-Notch have your money, all customer service is abandoned.
Please try a more reputable agent and save yourself some holiday drama!

A genuinely top-notch experience with Joshua and Barry at Top-Notch travel. Very friendly and helpful, and understanding of our concerns (being new to booking holidays).
Joshua has helped every step of the way and talked us through the full process. Always nice to be able to chat to a familiar voice who will instantly recognise a customer and remember the earlier conversation.
Can't recommend enough if you want a caring and friendly travel company who want to build real relationships with customers.
