Thick, bread like 'dough', half cooked with barely any tomato sauce (I paid for extra) and missing the toppings I ordered.
Like cheap, thick, poor quality bread with a raw top, smeared and squashed. The so called 'cheezy crust' is a normal crust with a strange cheese like dough mushed into it.
When I called the restaurant to politely inform them of the missing toppings the employee argued with me until I gave up.
Just choose somewhere else.

I never order from Tops pizza. Today reminded me why. They block the pavement by parking their delivery vehicles on the pavement. And this despite the free and available car park on the other side of the road. Not just once, not just twice, but every time, everyday. And there’s more than one delivery vehicle. I’ve just watched someone walking with a cane with limited vision have to work their way past the delivery van blocking the pavement. Lazy staff with no training. I will never order from these jokers. Ever. Never. Ever.

Got a pizza from Colchester branch first time and last it was dry and tasteless never again. £13.99 down the drain

Absolutely top notch. 1st time visitor to High Wycombe branch. Very friendly staff. The pizza was outstanding and ate it all. Well done everyone. Will be back 😍

Extremely disappointed with this order.
The pizza arrived almost 30 minutes late, and the driver didn’t even bother to deliver it to the door. The BBQ pizza was completely tasteless — barely any sauce, and the chicken was dry. But the worst part was finding a large piece of plastic inside a pepperoni slice. Thank God my husband noticed it in time and spat it out and it’s good that it was him and not a my child who also had a slice of it. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health and safety issue. I will never be ordering from you again!

Incredibly friendly, polite and helpful staff after I was a day late for offer they allowed it, and the pizza 🍕 I've tried papa John's,papa luigi, domino's, pizza express to name a few and tops pizza is the best by a long way, generous toppings, beautiful melt in the mouth crust, 100% I will be returning

under no circumstances use tops pizza hounslow, i waited more than two hours for delivery the pizza came crushed as if someone had eaten it before they use illegal immigrants as suppliers, when i wanted to speak to the manager they said there was none if i wanted i could place a new order and then they blocked my number they are very rude don't waste your time with them

Very abusive and threatening behaviour of Crawley tops pizza, as soon as I phoned and complained about the Pizza topping the Pakistani guy on the phone become aggressive and start using the F word and cut the phone. You must have the calls recorded so do go ahead and check the calls. It was at 18:04 on 25th August.
Being a regular customer I would never come back and complain where possible about their awful service.
Not sure of the people works on the Pizza are legal or not, so would be approaching the relevant authorities and request to check them too, certainly people with decent background don’t act like the way they act.

asked for 2 proportions on chicken dippers and he was not taking the ordering saying only one will do use but we wanted two and he wasn’t let us till we had to say like again we was 2 each

No two slice the same. Some had toppings, others not, no tomato base or anything Online order. Call the shop, "Oh it was a mistake that it came to the Slough branch, we make over 300 pizza's a day exactly like that. I laughed, 300 pizzas a day just like mine? Well I was meant to have an american hot, so if you are making that amount, you'd get it right. The beginning of the call was literally the kicker. Lie and say that the manager isn't working. "How did you open the shop?" "The manager opened it". Interesting. I cot put on hold and left there. I then call back to hear: "I am dealing with That woman" before properly answering the phone. Excuse me? "Oh hello my name is Louis." Send me photographs. So I do. I am then fed a "feather"-and-bull story, about the 300 pizzas and said to Louis, right you need to give up some customer resolution techniques here, "well what do you want me to do about it Louis replies. I explained to him, that as a manager he needs to work it out, not expect me to tell him. But I told him. He says he will call back after speaking to head office. He calls back saying that he has been told to issue a refund which will be done by head office - between two to four hours - Uh. . . not quite how it works but alright. Instil me with false hope, It's not a problem for me at all. . . however being scaly to a client, on record about an action on behalf of a company, that's a bit of a different score. Tops pizza ipswich won our heart,their tandoori panner pizza was delicious, food always arrive hot and ontime,and the delivery driver always happy and friendly, well done ipswich boys

I ordered pizza from TOPS Pizza High Wycombe at 11:00 PM on 7th June, for 1:00 AM delivery on 8th June during a party at home. I even got an email confirmation saying the order was picked up and out for delivery. However, the pizza NEVER arrived. I called multiple times with no answer from the store.

Later, I got a call from a rude delivery driver asking for another address in my area, which showed that they clearly had the receipt and the order in the system. Then I got a call from his manager who was shockingly rude and unprofessional, falsely claiming the order was set for 1:00 PM the next day — completely ignoring the proof I had in the confirmation email.

Even their head office later gave excuses, saying the store was closed at midnight, yet they took my money and even generated a “ready for delivery” email. How convenient for them to take payment for an order they “couldn’t” deliver.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful, and careless customer service. I received a refund after chasing, but that’s not the point. This was embarrassing, stressful, and totally unacceptable.

If you value your money and time, AVOID this store. They take no responsibility and lie to cover their mistakes.

Very professional staff and as always very tasty pizza

The staff were nice and approachable and the delivery came right on time, they said it would take 10 minutes and it did.

The guy at the front on 16-May-2025 between 7:30 pm and 08:30 pm was very aggressive with me. Just letting you know in case other customers also complain.
