Got sent a strap that doesn’t fit my Omega Seamaster, took it to a watchmaker to make sure it wasn’t me doing anything wrong. I then contacted the seller, and he wants me to pay return shipping from Denmark to China before sorting out a replacement or refund..
I sent pictures backing up my claim..

The strap for my Longines Hydroconquest is perfect—and truly very, very beautiful!
You’ll need some patience regarding delivery, and don't count too much on getting replies to any emails you send.
I’m giving it 5 stars anyway, though, because of the product quality.

Ordered some straps because description and photos on the website looked decent. Got billed twice (emailed the team and was refunded the duplicate charge). Straps arrived, did not look like the ones on the website, poor quality and did not fit flush with the lugs on my watches. Requested return and refund. Was accepted and given address in China (not the US). Sent recorded delivery. Items kept in Customs for 3 months and emails to the company were replied with same answer in different iterations “sorry but we cannot help”. Straps were returned to me over 3 months later with explanation from Royal Mail (UK) that the items were rejected when delivery was attempted in China. Emailed TopStaps repeatedly and still no replies as to why the return was rejected at their end. Stuck with 3 useless straps. Chalk it up to experience and will not order from this company again.

I got strap with ingraving upside down they want me to ship it back to China 🤣that would cost me more than strap so if you gonna get something with bad order just throw it away and don't waste your time 🤣

Bought an IWC bracelet but due to a miscommunication it proved to be incompatible.

Online they say they are in Bulgaria but its a front! Long delivery as comes from China. All counterfeit and ripping off brands without any shame! Try returning because the product is rubbish along with the customer service - you have to send and track to China at your own cost. I have simply raised a claim with my card. The product is bodged and not fit for purpose at nearly £50 for a piece of scrap plastic!

Really really loved the NATO strap I purchased. Was very fast shipping considering it was coming from overseas. Only thing I wish is it came in MORE colors! I’d be buying more!

Before placing my order, I explained that I have a large wrist, over 8", & I wanted to make sure the band would fit me. I was assured it would fit, so I placed my order. Approximately 2 weeks later my band arrived. It looks to be of good quality, and the markings are correct, but it is TOO SMALL. I emailed to say it's too small, now what? But I have not received any reply, guess it's just too bad.
