Complete and utter scam company. Don’t waste your time with them unless you want your money taken, and lies that you have an open cart still. Then, you try to call and it hangs up! Never again! They want your financial information only.

This company is a total scam. Unlike other reviews I receive a laptop but it didn't even have the correct charger for the laptop. The webcam was not on the computer as noted in the description. The laptop smells like smoke and has a sticky residue on the keyboard. The company doesn't answer any calls nor responds to emails. I have sent 5 emails in the last week and left four messages. When you try to connect with sales by pressing 1 the call disconnects.

This company is fraudulent. It seems like they might have sent some product out in the beginning, but now, they aren't. They take your money, give you the same song and dance and then cut communication. Communicate the situation with your banks, file a case with the FTC and your local police department. It's time to work together to stop Sam Lorenz and this fraud.

I ordered a laptop from them on February 12, 2020. Never received it. Contacted them 6 times before they supposedly “authorized a refund”. Have yet to receive my money back. In fact I have contacted them 16 times total since I first placed my order and still nothing has happened. They tell they will call but never call. You set up a phone appointment and they never call. This company is nothing more than thieves.

This is a horrible company the only thing they do is to wrong people out of their hard earn money.
I call no answer and they will not return your call this is a fake business do not deal with them. i order lap top March 13 have not seen this computer !!!!!!!!

Their rating is a "0". It won't let you write a review if you don't give them a rating. This company is bogus. I ordered a laptop March 10th I chatted with someone and they said they were backed up with orders but will send a tracking number, which never happened. The number is bogus you can't speak to anyone live between 9am-5pm. I've messaged them and no reply back. Now I'm out $200. Don't buy from these crooks. Your better off ordering from Amazon!!

Never received order. $275.00 and nothing. I will do everything I can to shut this company down.

It's a minus 1 . I bought a laptop back in February and they haven't sent it yet. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and Amazon and the BBB. Don't buy anything from them or top tech wholesale.com .

Doesn't deserve a star. Ordered weeks ago. NO estimate just Tech Chat says, Sorry, sorry. Reporting to Better Business Bureau! Shady... Website looks great but is a sham... Don't buy!

Ordered 2 laptops and never received them. Received multiple assurances that it was being 'expedited', even one mail that it was shipped. Received a tracking number, which was never picked up. Avoid like the plague,

I'm sorry I had to give and star!! I ordered a laptop in January and still never received it?? Finally got my money back thru my bank. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone!! Rip off scam!!! Don't buy anything from them. You'll regret it!!!

They have failed to return any of my emails or calls. I purchased something online in FEBRUARY, it is now MARCH and have not received anything! The tracking number provided says the package has not been shipped, still 'til this day!
They are robbing my money at this point and that is not okay whatsoever!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
