Tianeptine wasn't on time as you said it would be over 16 days late

I paid for 2 day shipping 8 days ago and I still have not received my order. They need to either use a different carrier or not offer the option to pay extra for 2 days shipping. I have since placed other order through other companies that use ups and already received my package through other companies. I had high hopes from reading reviews but I am very disappointed. They also offer no way to communicate via phone.

Update: after 3 weeks it arrived so I am changing my rating. Product itself is excellent. The negative review really should go to the usps the worst of the worst. A new delivery option would be so beneficial. They did refund shipping cost. So can’t blame top tia too much. I appreciate the refund and good product but would appreciate a speedy reliable shipment even more so. I’ll work with them again. Things happen.

So here is my amended review. I initially gave a poor one due to still not having the product after 8 days despite paying for Express mail. I did a missing mail application yesterday on the usps website, and low and behold, after literally not moving beyond the origin facility in Tampa for 7 days, it all the sudden moved, starting this morning landing in Philly then arriving to me around 3. I have used Top Tianeptine many many times. But until they have better shipping options I gotta stay away. However, they did offer a shipping refund. So thats nice.

I thought I was possibly being taken. But they responded quickly and sent me a new package out. So my package wasn't moving in tracking. Apparently it was sent back. So they shipped another. I stand corrected, they proved me wrong. And I'm glad.

The product itself that I bought was good, and up until the last couple times I ordered from this website it was a good experience. However, twice now I have ordered the capsules and there were suppose to be 60 capsules but the bottle was short on the count. I had emailed the website to get it straightened out and the first time it happened and they emailed back and told me there's no possible way the count could be short....but it was and they should have handled it better..but they ended up saying they would resolve it and they sent me what was missing, BUT the 2nd time it happened I emailed them and they said they would get back to me and I STILL have not heard back from them and it has been almost a week now. If people are going to spend their money on a product (especially one that costs alot) they should receive what they pay for.

Unless you wanted to be addicted to a terrible chemical dont even order.

Good product and good shipping! My only complaint is that the 2 discount codes that they gave me didn’t work. They said that for the month of July I could get 10% off my order and when I tried it on July 25th it didn’t work. My initial 10% off for making an account also didn’t work. It’d be nice to get a discount because I buy a lot! Otherwise, they do a good job!
