I pre-ordered a pair of jeans from Torc Blooming on 24 July and was told they would arrive within 9–12 weeks. They ended up taking 17 weeks to arrive.

When they finally did arrive, the sizing was completely wrong. The website states the jeans fit true to size and that size 2 equals a 32-inch waist. I ordered accordingly, but when I measured the jeans, the waist was 34 inches — not as advertised.

I contacted the brand on 24 November via email and Instagram to request an exchange. After 10 days, they replied saying they were happy to exchange the jeans, which I immediately agreed to. Since then, I’ve received no further responses despite multiple follow-ups in January.

It has now been over two months since I requested the exchange, and I’ve been ignored despite repeated attempts to resolve this directly. Would not reccomend purchasing anything from this brand, especially given the incorrect sizing and lack of anyu customer support.

I placed an order on 06/12 for a pair of jeans valued at $330 AUD and $15 for shipping.

According to the brand’s shipping policy, orders are expected to be shipped within 7 days. A shipping label was created on 16/12 (after my first email enquiring about an update), however the item was never dispatched.

Over the following weeks, I sent multiple emails and messages requesting an update, as advised in their policy if shipping exceeds the stated timeframe, but received no response. I also attempted to call the contact number listed, without success.

On 13/01, one of the owners did respond to a message, stating that he does not handle communications and that someone would follow up immediately. Unfortunately, no further update or communication was provided after this.

Due to the lack of communication and non-delivery, I opened an Afterpay dispute, which was ultimately resolved in my favour after the merchant did not respond to even that.

This experience was disappointing to say the least, particularly given the price point and that the business is Melbourne-based (local to me). I hope the brand improves its communication and order fulfilment processes for future customers.
