Nik S was very helpful, he found the right product for me and helped me in every step along the way. from the very beginning of the experience he answered all my many questions and emails promptly with confidence and made sure i received the products i asked for. when the product inventory was limited he gave me options to receive another item incase i didn't want to wait. give that man a raise and a big promotion!

I have used TVape over the last few years. One of the best services they provide is that they support the product that they sell. By stocking all the parts you need to keep your device running. If you buy a device at a store good luck getting coils, they are just interested in selling you the device, then your on your own

Customer service at TVape SUCKS!!! Shop Elsewhere.
I nicely asked a question about when my order shipping and got a snooty rude email response. After I got my order, a few weeks later I went on TVape website online chat and asked about when they would get accessories in same colour as device I picked out and was told "I don't know" and that was the extent of that conversation. So you TVape doesn't give a sh!t, neither do I padre's, I'll shop elsewhere. There's a ton of other online shops to choose, BYE TVape!!! Customer service skills there SUCK!
