I stumbled upon this company on EBay as I was looking for a new king size duvet cover. TotalSeven Ltd were selling a new DKNY one at an amazing price. Very good communication from Adrian. The duvet cover was washed before using and it’s washed up really well, ironed great and looks amazing now it’s on the bed! My order was sent with yodel, the only negative with courier and no reflection on seller, is that they had received my package but there was no update on tracking for two days. The package didn’t move so that was somewhat frustrating but it eventually arrived. But that’s the world of couriers who seem to write their own rules!

A dreadful company, trying to sell things as new, that have been used by others in really old filthy boxes that look like they have been stored in a rat infested shed for months. I brought from this man on eBay. I informed eBay and sent them all the images of proof, they agreed it should have been a new item. The received a negative review.

Purchased a red light therapy face mask from TotalSeven Ltd. It arrived quickly, carefully packaged and as described. Have only used it a couple of times so far but it appears to function as expected. As yet it is too soon to see any improvement in my skin. Happy with my purchase.

I purchased two Gazebo’s from Total Seven. They were delivered promptly, packaged well and off loaded with care.
Unfortunately these stayed packed for a few months after I Ruptured my Achilles tendon.
Now that I am able to undertake the assembly of the two Gazebo’s & on unpacking the first one, I notice that I was missing some brackets, and one corner was damaged.
I contacted Totalseven who immediately sent me replacement items, which were delivered with two days.
The after care service was excellent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone 10/10 👍
Not many companies go that extra mile and especially because it had been months after delivery that I raised the issues that I had.
