I recently purchased both an iPhone and a MacBook from TotalSeven and, to be honest, I was a bit nervous about buying such expensive items online. However, from the very beginning the communication and customer service were absolutely outstanding.

Adrian was incredibly helpful, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. All my questions were answered quickly, and I felt confident and reassured before completing the purchase.

The items arrived exactly as described, very well packaged and in perfect condition. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and trustworthy from start to finish.

This company is absolutely brilliant… my tv had blown unexpectedly and being disabled I need my tv for company day and night as I don’t get out very often… I got in touch with Adrian who was fantastic… I explained my situation to him and was told leave it with me… well I had someone turn up at my house with this fabulous 55” tv with in the hour … I do live close by but was not expecting the service I got … I’m so very grateful… what a lovely thing to do…. I would recommend Totalseven to anyone and it will definitely be the first place I go for anything else I may need in the future…. Purchased a MacBook Pro M2 16” from Totalseven. Although classed as use, the laptop was in pristine condition.
Communication was great, but postage was delayed due to a failure by Royal Mail.

Would be zero stars if I could.
I bought an expensive, £220 LED mask from this company. It stopped working after 6 weeks and TotalSeven are refusing to replace it. They say on eBay there is only a 30 day return period, however the product has a 2 year warranty!
On contacting the manufacturer to claim that way, I was told they didn’t recognise the seller and therefore warranty not valid. TotalSeven is refusing to tell me who they bought it from or return on my behalf for a replacement; so Ive bought a product with a 2 year warranty that can’t be used. I feel completely conned.
