Sample tile arrived very quickly and we were able to confidently place the order. Delivery was a little earlier than expected and very well packed. Stunning tiles - very pleased.

Excellent service from the start…
Excellent service from the start ordered some samples that were incredibly well wrapped, choose design and ordered on line, including all grout, adhesive and sealant over 1/2 a tonne. Came on time and driver was great helping me get them to a convienient place using his electric pallet truck. No tiles came damaged all in excellent condition. Would 100% recommend them.

Total tiles has very good customer service, they are very helpful, communication is without any problems. Delivery was very fast and on time.

Great service
Paid extra for guaranteed delivery before 12pm… it came after so I wasn’t happy. However after raising concerns I received a phone call from the company and had a nice chat with them. They were very friendly and apologised and gave me a refund on the delivery.
A refreshing experience and as a result I will shop with them again in the future, it is nice to have a company who you can talk to on the phone. Thank you
