Went on the Dare Skywalk and Edge on 22nd August. What a fantastic experience all round. Our guide, Ismail was awesome. Made the day one to remember and, his knowledge was amazing, especially to remember all our names in one go!. Top man and thank you ☺️

Visited the store on a matchday.
Bought a female training top but had to try it on over the top I was wearing as changing rooms aren’t open. Bit discriminative as most of the men were trying theirs on and could remove their tops in the shop. Please just have a changing room open for those of us who can’t just remove a top! I bought a top, £40 but its not the correct fit. Tough t**s I guess (pun intended)

Ping-ponged between Ticketmaster and Tottenham stadium for accessible travel access.

Tottenham Stadium Info:
“Accessible parking for Wizkid at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium must be booked directly through Ticketmaster, who are managing accessible tickets for this event”.

Ticket Master info:
“Unfortunately, we only sell accessible tickets for the event but not car parking or the shuttle bus so not able to help with your request”.

Result:
Banging my head against a brick wall from poor customer care related to disabled guests. Feeling discriminated against due to disability.

Please communicate with eachother better Ticketmaster and Tottenham Hotspur, as you are providing misinformation on your websites, resulting in distress.

Went to a few games, was quite nice but a headache getting tickets. For the Spurs v Man Utd game, I was in the process of buying tickets when the terrible website glitched out once again and bought me tickets to the Nottingham Forest game. Other than the fact that I didn't want to these tickets, I also couldn't make the game but I wasn't given a refund because they were ticket exchange tickets (they couldn't sell out the stadium). I didn't sell the tickets on as per the rules and I ended up missing the game. When i raised the issue with my bank, they suspended my membership :/

Visited the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the game on 06/05/2023 and what an experience. Your staff are all a credit to your business. Every single one of them was friendly & helpful and made the day a brilliant experience. We'll be back and will definitely recommend.

It was a great day very fun and would like to big up man like EATHAN our tour guide for his brilliant work today he had us in stitches!!! Proper tour guide him!! Big up from the spurs and the toon couple lol same trainer couple lol

Tool my son for his 30th to do the skywalk and stadium tour on sat 29th April. The guys who took us on the sjywalk were top class and had good knowledge. The stadium tour we liked as went at our own pace. Great day and experience.

I'm a Spurs fan, I was blown away by our visit. We did the stadium tour and skywalk. Our skywalk guide Ishmael was fantastic and the whole experience was amazing. All the guides around the stadium were very friendly and helpful and made the experience unforgettable.

We did the Dare Skywalk and stadium tour. Fantastic. I’m not a Spurs fan (my husband is) but was totally awed by the grounds. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Julie, our Skywalk guide, and Rich our tour guide. Brilliant day out.

My son and I decided to do the Sky Darewalk at the Stadium. We were met by GEMINI who put everyone at ease, made a few jokes and enjoyed it when we said we were the only non Spurs fans in the group. My son thought he was great and friendly too. We were all geared up with harness and safety cable then ready to go. My son volunteered to go first...he's only 9 and Gemini made sure we were all secure as we started our climb to the roof. When we got there the views of London were amazing. We definitely picked the right day for weather as you can see all the famous landmarks around the city. Walking around the apex and stopping for photos at the golden Cockerell as we looked down onto the pitch was fantastic. We had time for other pics and Gemini explained landmarks, a bit of history and answered questions we had. An excellent tour guide. We then descended and made our way to the stadium tour. A first class stadium and excellent facilities. Would highly recommend anyone to do both of these experiences. Many thanks Gemini from Nathan and Harley, your Liverpool supporters 👍🏻

I purchased a drill top from the club shop at the AC Milan game and unfortantly it was to small, have tried to return it unused in the origanal bag they sold it to me it but without the tags and the club won't offer a refund. Just sent a email with their returns terms and conditions. Makes me feel they just want to keep my money at any cost!!! Has taken the edge of what was a great day out other than the result and rubbish performance as the staff on the day were excellent.
Not good customer service. Time for a trophy not just profit!!

Long complaint but basics are. We arrived over one and half hours early to settle in as my granddaughter age 14 has ADHD and my grandson age 12 has asthma.
Got to gate 18 but the bag i was holding (with asthma medication and a drink for the granddaughter in case she got stressed) was too big. The fact that we showed the meds and the ADHD badge meant nothing they couldn't help us we were sent right round the other side of the stadium a very long walk. We got to the baggage department where there was a queue with everyone having the same problem regarding medication. The lady was really nice but was finding it difficult. She couldn't help so we were advised to go to the ticket department which we did. Another long walk and after waiting there for over 30 mins while they tried to contact someone with more authority we were told could take at least another half an hour and so off we went back to baggage office and handed in the bag with a charge of £10 for an empty bag as we had to try fit the medication in our pockets, we also had a bottle of water but had to dump that at the gate as that was not allowed in either. We were not able to get a drink in the stadium as the game had already started and we had missed the first try. By this time what should have been a fabulous afternoon with my grandchildren turned into a nightmare. The granddaughter was stressed trying to get thru the crowds and the grandson needed his pump and a drink after all the walking. Queues were so long for the drinks I couldn't even attempt to get one. Am sure these rules are all for a good reason but I see nothing on the tickets regarding not being able to take a bag with medication and if there is it should be made much clearer cos the queues for the same problem was a joke. It was just all very badly organised and not to be able to get hold of anyone to make a decision and over ride not so black and white rules was unbelievable. I actually took them for a tour of the grounds a few week's ago And they loved it. But this even was spoilt by ot having anyone of authority available when needed.

I went to the Sarries vs harlequins rugby… absolute shambles. Spent over 55mins queuing for beers. All well and good you have a tap that fills beers from bottom of the glass.. not so good if you run out of the glasses that work with that tap. Absolute shambles. Horrendously organised. Will not be going back to this stadium and complete waste of money. I reckon i deserve a refund given i missed nigh on 30mins of 80mins match queuing for beers. Will not have been the only one….

We went on a Martin Chivers Legends Tour today which was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind to us, welcoming and considerate. Our guide Keith is extremely knowledgeable. We did not feel hurried at all in this stunning stadium. My brother was in a wheelchair and Keith’s colleague(I’m sorry but his name eludes me) was tremendously thoughtful when taking us up and down in the lifts and telling us more stories on the way. Mr Chivers really is a legend, he was generous listening to us his fans telling our memories of glory days and he was full of wonderful football tales for the whole group. We had time for unofficial photos as well as official photos with him. What a truly special day. Thank you Spurs.

Did the tour and skywalk! Best day of my life! I’m not even a spurs fan and it was amazing! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and I would highly recommend this tour! The skywalk on top of the stadium was breathtaking and there were so many fun activities! I could go millions of times and not get bored! It’s a one in a lifetime opportunity and you should definitely go!

Attended a football match, Half hearted security searches. Leaky glasses of beer and sarcastic security staff. I expected better from Spurs. Pity as the stadium tour I did last year was excellent. Poor staff let down a great club.

#dareskywalk tour guide her name is Jamie absolutely ruined my children's and partner experience, her sergeant major attitude would be better suited as a prison officer!! Shame she ruined the experience as apart from that I think they would have enjoyed it...
