We booked a break through Tourhelp, 2 adults and 2 children for Disney Land Paris, it was out 1st trip abroad with the children, and must say was fantastically planned by Freddie & Clara Hunt.. from flights, theme park tickets and hotels, couldn’t fault them great service 5 🌟

Just got back from a 14 day 4 city…Thailand trip.
Just got back from a 14 day 4 city break in Thailand taking in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Krabi which was just fantastic all organised by Tourhelp.co.uk agents name was Steve. He sorted everything for us including all flights from Manchester and internal flights to Chiang Mai and Bangkok including some fabulous hotels all with breakfast. No glitches whatsoever so Thankyou Steve. We did tours like kayaking through mangroves, speedboats trips to Phi phi islands and walking tours to visit temples and a truly magical experience from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Steve to organise a trip of a lifetime.

I am here again. They ignore my emails. They do not contact you or help you with all the trouble we went through as we suppose to have a holiday of a life time. They try to cheat us on ATOL, once we complain they cancel the whole holiday and from begin to end we had to keep calling for transport and hotel bed to sleep. Stay away
All the stay do not reply Adam, Max, Ben the manager do never pick up the phone or returns email 22/11/2025 was last email this has been going on since August 2025, we now are in February 2026. No one has called no one care

I have just recently booked a family break to Disneyland Paris for 2027. Michael has been exceptional and constantly been there with answers to all my questions . He has continually been on the ball and helped me get a great deal, in low the payment plan too ! I look forward to writing another review once we have had our holiday .

Chris was amazing helping me plan a holiday for me and my daughter to Iceland, he was able to arrange everything for me with ease. Answer all my questions and put together the exact holiday I wanted at a budget I wanted to spend. He was speedy replying to messages and made everything super easy to understand. Chris has been dealing with my quotes , (poor Chris) I have been asking loads of questions and changing so many different things, nothing has been too much trouble.
We went to Disney last year and we loved it were going back and I got in touch with Tour Help and Chris messaged me. From the start he was ever so helpful. Lots of different options from the first quote.
I would defiantly recommend getting in contact with Chris if you need any help with booking! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just to update this; Chris messaged me before sending confirmation about the hotel, and I realised when I went back on our messages that I never clarified the hotel, so this is showing his perfect eye for detail. We’ve just returned from an unforgettable family trip to Paris with our 2 and 3 year old children, and it was nothing short of amazing. All thanks to Chris. He arranged everything for us, from the travel and hotel to our Disneyland experience, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.

Steve was brilliant from the get go
Steve was brilliant from the get go, set up , listened to what we wanted to do and sorted it all out .
Explained fully all tickets , was a name issue due to myself misinforming Steve and sorted it same day.
During the holiday Steve checked in and made sure all was going smoothly .
Would recommend to anyone , and have Infact already done so 😊

We went to disneyland paris 5th January…
We went to disneyland paris 5th January 2026. Well is was fantastic!! Steve R from tour help made our experience for our little one a memory she will never forget. He got the holiday over £400 cheaper we were able to spread the cost comfortabley and and the whole booking experience from start to finish was stress free and simple. We highly recommend this company as everything was exactly as what we we were told and experienced. Ben dealt with my booking
Ben dealt with my booking, I could of booked it cheaper and better myself being disabled i used the company to ensure all was well, i did not confirm the booking basically only got us transport to Paris hotel was at Disney it was my daughters 21st bday and he did not book as requested the Disney passes for her actual birthday, hotel was filthy dirty and freezing, eurostar was messed up total disaster and spoilt my daughters 21st birthday!!!!i rang to ask for changes i was told i had agreed the booking which i most definatly had not no f.... given dont use them
