Chris at tour help, couldn’t do enough to help us us get the F1 tickets and hotel booked for the up coming Hungary Grand Prix. (4 of us) nothing was a problem for him. Showed us everything in detail and changed hotel, couldn’t recommend him enough for his help and our needs. Thanks Paul

Want to put zero stars but even that is not low enough for this company!
They do not respond to you once they have your money!
They do not send you the ATOL certificate even after numerous requests.
They do not give you any indication on whom your transfer company is either.
When you do call and get through They pretend they cannot hear you(clara) or none of the people you request to speak to (ben and shaun) they are never in or unavailable then never contact you back!!
my parents have 2 expensive holidays booked with this company and they are messing them around so much that they now have a legal representative involved and they can not even keep in contact with her and keep trying to fob her off !
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE; This company has now breached GDPR and handed out my personal details to another party without my consent!!
Please bear in mind this company is not ATOL protected as stated ,we have researched this .
UPDATE:
after speaking with the police and my bank I got my money back.
Tourhelp then decided to tell my mum that monies owed to her she would not get as she would need to see me as I got my money back although these were separate bookings!
When is confronted them about this they then proceeded to tell me that if I called off my bank then they will help my mum to get hers back .
My bank was dealing with this company not me!
Bribery does not pay Tour help !!
We made separate bookings so my repayment from my bank as nothing to do with anyone else's booking!
You scammed people and got pay back of which you did not like.
You should be discussed with yourself for scamming people in the first place but to do it to pensioners is even worse!
I will await my email from trust pilot again stating you are disputing my comment .
PLEASE EVERYONE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. ENSURE YOU READ ALL THE REVIEWS NOT JUST THE FIRST FEW PAGES!

My tour rep was changed to Ben, and in the short time I've had the pleasure of knowing him. Nothing has ever been to much trouble, from putting my mind at rest at an uncertain time, to asking for all my vouchers for the dear knows how many times🙈🙈🤣🤣... Disney trip
I recently booked our Disney trip and couldn’t be happier! I got a great price and loved the option to pay in easy installments, which made everything stress-free. The package included Disney tickets, flights, and a really good hotel — all perfectly arranged.
Thanks to the great flight times that Ben and the Tour Help team secured, we even had extra time to explore Paris and managed to visit the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower during our stay.
This was my first time booking with them, but it definitely won’t be the last. Ben and the team were brilliant from start to finish — friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience effortless. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

It’s cheapest trip and was the whole trip was wonderful and well organised.
The hotels included in the trip was all wonderful with great service.
