Roy @tourhelp has been super helpful. I was a little unsure about booking with this company as never heard of them but Roy made sure to send me proof that everything was legitimate. He has been very quick at responding when I’ve had questions or concerns . Thanks ☺️

Roy booked myself,husband,disabled grandaughter to go euro disney March 2025.i was very apprehensive about taking her but Roy dealt with everything to make the holiday first class both in Manchester and in Paris.We had so much confidence in Roy that we booked to go to New York in January and Barbados in February. Contacted tourhelp regarding a trip to Thailand, Michael was the agent who gave the quote which was very competitive ,after looking at previous reviews of the company by other customers we decided to book with the added offer of free excursions at each destination, 4 in total ,never been to Thailand so are looking forward to the experience of the trip .🤞everything goes smoothly. From start to finish I had excellent customer service with Roy.He was very polite, patient, informative & gave me great reassurance with my booking.
He answered all of my questions and queries that I had with the booking of my March 2027 - 5 destination holiday.
He also gave me the best price that he possibly could.

From the moment we contacted Tourhelp we knew we were in the very capable hands if Micheal Herdman. His knowledge and patience throughout the booking was extremely professional and communication went above and beyond our expectations. I have used many tour operators in the past but I can honestly say that Micheal has put my faith back in human kindness.
