They had the part I needed and the shipping time/price seemed reasonable but they cancelled the order a day after placing it because it wasn't actually in stock. Very frustrating that it was shown as in stock but really wasn't, but mistakes happen. Adding insult to injury was that the cancellation notification email got buried so I didn't see that had happened until several days later. This delay compounded and really impacted my vehicle repair timeline. It would have been nice to get a call or text notification that it was cancelled, especially for a $200+ part.

The parts are excellent. There are indeed OEM. Price was also very good for OEM. Very pleased with that. Shipping took longer then I expected but still in a reasonable time frame. I would and will order from Toyotapartsnow.com again.

I was sent the wrong part and when I requested to return and receive the correct part, they denied the request because it was a seat belt component. Their website also sucks.

I couldn't believe I found a place that not only had my parts for my 2000 tundra but also had great prices. Not the usual stuff but bumper parts, brackets things that the top part carriers didn't have.

Size and weight in NO way should've been Freight and over 600 dollars. I'd like to have a partial refund. FEDEX told me they couldn't believe this either. My mistake it was 367 for shipping a 1ftx1ft 60 inch box weighing 37 lbs. It's a rip off
