The parts were genuine and fit perfect. Shipping was faster than expected sand in a few days I was back on the road.

I ordered a brake component that had the ABS control module that I needed for my Prius. The listing on Toyotapartsnow's site said that this particular part contained that module. The $725 part arrived in a timely fashion. My Mechanic and I took it out of the box, and it was very obvious that this module was not contained in the part we ordered, despite the fact that they said it was there. Trusting that this part that was obviously not the right one had only been out of the box for about 10 minutes, and never near the car or connected to anything, we initiated the return process. We provided 9 pictures of the item along with a screenshot of the listing that said that the said it contained the ABS Control Module, We even took pictures of the packaging. Trusting that Toyotapartsnow was a reputable company and would honor their obligation to their customer we immediately ordered what we hoped was the proper part assuming that this pristine and unused part would be refunded. That is what a reputable business does. This time the part was over $750. We received a response from Toyotapartsnow saying that they could not refund my money because there was an electrical component to this part, and anything with any electrical component can not be returned. Had I installed it in the car, I could see the reasoning behind this, but from the pictures I sent to them it should have been obvious that it was never installed. Based on their inaccurate listing, I ordered the wrong part, and I assumed they would make it right.

UPDATE; After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to refund my money. All it cost me was the return postage. If I need another OEM part, I would consider getting it from them because of their fast shipping and good prices,

Sent me wrong part. Making me pay for shipping until proven that nothing is wrong with product that they sent incorrectly. My wipers came in mangled and damaged. Even the UPS wrote on box they delivered with box torn. Rather spend the extra buck and go to dealer. Wish I could post pictures here.

They don't back their products won't even do simple exchanges

I received an order in which 2 items were not in Genuine OEM packaging. They were sealed in clear UPS label packs. Apparently they can't afford there own so they just 'borrow' them from another company? One of the UPS packs clearly had Toyota OEM parts, however the second packet was a folded up gasket, unmarked and no way to confirm part # nor that it was even a Genuine OEM part. I contacted them by phone and email, sent photos, and got absolutely no where with them. I was told my photos of the folded up gasket in the UPS label mailer was identified as the correct part I ordered. How amazing is that? Folded up & no part number on it! If I wanted to return it I would have to pay postage and restock fee and if it doesn't have a part number on it, then no refund. Who does business like that, thinks it's ok and thinks they can stay in business? My last order from them.

I was amazed that the part was available and sent to me so quickly. I'm thinking I'll use that Toyota parts place more often.

Order # TY24103071. Ordered a seat belt for a 2006 Toyota Corolla driver side. They sent me the wrong one. Refused to replace with correct one or refund. Their fault they sent the incorrect part. Never again! A nearly $300 part I'll have to try to make work or resell unfortunately. Several phone calls, claim denied, told me they would re-review the claim, never heard back. So I'm stuck with the wrong part. Lots of review sites gonna hear about this company.

Quick shipping and plenty of emails on order status. I really don't understand how the parts move through the system. A Toyota Dealer 11 miles away has online ordering and I was going to pick up the parts as shipping costs were high. The Local Dealer said the parts were not available. Yet labels on the boxes had the Dealer's address on them....go figure.
