After seven days without receiving any shipping confirmation, I wanted to track my order. To do so, I first had to download a rather sketchy app to my phone. Then I was required to create an account just to access the tracking information. After all that, the app immediately started spamming me with notifications.

I uninstalled the app right away, deleted my account, and canceled my order.
2 Stars because they refundet my money after one day.

5 star experience. Package was swiftly received all the way in CA, in good condition. Will definitely be purchasing again in future.

The order arrived quickly. Pricing was keen. Packaging was poor. Items just thrown in a box to rattle around. Pure luck they weren't damaged.

I was very impressed with how quick the shipping was considering it was going over an ocean.

Have not received item yet!!! Did not know it would take sooooo long … I got it to gift a friend in hospital… she is out now!!!!!!! Wish I never got it from you !!! I should have done more research!!!! Soooo disappointing!!!

Ordered Pokemon cards and they have come today and are fake - have a very unhappy child after having no luck in the shops recently buying them I thought I’d hit the jackpot seeing them in stock on this store website patiently waited and the items are fake

Not properly informed that delivery outside UK there are additional costs for shipping and custom.

Editing my review, the first one was harsh due to miscommunication and the carrier company.
My delivery came! And my son was happy, it was my first time ordering from this company so I was already on edge but again it was the mainly the carrier.

Love the Warmies keyrings (I purchased the sloth as a gift), and service was perfect. Item shipped immediately, and received in California in less than a week. Highly recommend this product and this seller.

Stated that the game was new, but when it arrived it looked like someone had stoomped on the edges. So either it was very used from the start or sombody treated the parcel EXTREMELY poorly. That made me very sad and disappointed, since this game was going to be a birthday gift. :(
I can't buy this game in Sweden.

Maybe you should use a lot more bobble wrap in the future, so the parcels can survive in tact. Have taken pictures on all the dmg.

My items were well packaged and postage was super speedy. More important though, Toys4you went above and beyond for me. I had a small request but know it’s not always possible to fulfil. So, I thought I’d ask but I also understood chances were slim. They made it happen for me!!!!!! I can’t tell you how happy, excited and teary I was when I opened my package. I will come back here to buy my toys over and over b’coz of what they done for me. Thank you, soooo, soooo much!

My Squishmallows arrived to U.S. quickly and well packaged. Payment went smoothly. I would buy here again no worries.

I just wanted to record my protest for poor services by toys4you.pk company.
I booked my order on COD basis. I had a flight, so gave cash at my home to receive this order. My online banking services was not working at that point in time.
I got a call from toys4you.pk to deposit 2000 PKR in advance as it is company policy. I requested him to keep my order on COD payment term but my order was cancelled that it can't be entertained without advance payment.
There is no harm in getting advance payment but why it was not informed me at the time of booking.
I know there is no regulatory body in Pakistan to monitor online business but please stop deceiving people just for this minor amount of 12,000 PKR.
I am higly disappointed and for toys4you.pk I am a gone customer, who will never come back.
