I just wanted to record my protest for poor services by toys4you.pk company.
I booked my order on COD basis. I had a flight, so gave cash at my home to receive this order. My online banking services was not working at that point in time.
I got a call from toys4you.pk to deposit 2000 PKR in advance as it is company policy. I requested him to keep my order on COD payment term but my order was cancelled that it can't be entertained without advance payment.
There is no harm in getting advance payment but why it was not informed me at the time of booking.
I know there is no regulatory body in Pakistan to monitor online business but please stop deceiving people just for this minor amount of 12,000 PKR.
I am higly disappointed and for toys4you.pk I am a gone customer, who will never come back.

I placed one order from this website and now continually get their marketing emails despite trying to unsubscribe and blocking the sender.
I’m now reporting it to whatever ombudsman deals with marketing information because this is ridiculous. It is sometimes 3 emails per day!

Been trying to unsubscribe to email mailing list for over a year and still receiving emails. Never any responses from the company when you email them either.
I usually rate a company on what their customer service is like and these are dreadful.

Items were received in perfect condition and were packaged very well in a cardboard box. Toys4you is a great little toy shop, easy to use website and good value for money. Will definitely shop again. Thanks!!

Ordered some Pokemon packs, fast delivery thankyou!

Very fast delivery and extremely luck for me!!

Although the product arrived in sealed packaging, there were dirty black marks across more than one of the panels on the star shaped fidget spinner. It doesn't look new at all and I would have returned it, but it was needed immediately. Wouldn't have been suitable to give as a present though, due to marks on the product.

The toy I bought was broken reached out to the toys4you they said they are going to send me a return label and unfortunately I have not received it yet or had a refund.

Efficient and reliable service

This was my first order and I had great experience with Toys because my order was delivered within a couple of days and they kept me updated until arrival. Only thing was, one item was out of stock and they didn't let me know until I emailed them that the item wasn't in the package. That was their only flaw. I should have been told when i was ordering. Other than that, everything was all good.

Fantastic prompt service, they even answered my 8pm chat questions. Will use them again.

Fair prices on the website however their customer service is horrendous. Made a purchase, the realised afterwards that they had charged me £3.99 for postage. Their website stated "Free shipping on all UK order or order above £25". I contacted their customer service who told me that I had got it wrong and it's just free delivery over £25. I sent them a picture of proof of what their website says and they still told me I was wrong... I asked if I could get contact details to take this further and they have ignored me ever since. They have now updated their website so it is written correctly...
