Wow, this is an outstanding company! They offer amazing free delivery with a very low spending threshold, and the shipping is incredibly fast—not like Evri/InPost economy services that can sometimes take 3–4 days.

The communication is absolutely first-class. I also have to mention their exceptional customer service. I accidentally ordered 10 mm intumescent strips, only to realise later that my door lining had been prepared for 15 mm strips. I contacted Tradefit to ask about exchanging them, and instead of making me go through the hassle of returning the originals, they simply sent me the correct 15 mm strips completely free of charge.

That level of service is rare these days. I honestly can’t rate this company anything other than 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Only delivered part of my order. Tradefits solution was to return the item and issue a refund so that I could re purchase. However the collection did not materialise after 5 days and I had to arrange my own collection. I was promised a refund as soon as the item was collected but that has not happened 2 weeks later.
Bizzarely instead of a refund another package arrived that was refused and returned.
Still no refund even though 3 parcels have been returned to the seller according to the tracking. I only ever received one ?
Meanwhile my house project is delayed , builders etc have now all moved on to another job.
As bad as it gets really.

great company! There was small issue with the product in service but the guys resolved it without any hassle. I will definitely buy from them again.

When Placing my order it shows home delivery. After you pay, it shows you have to pick up at an InPost location that's really inconvenient and difficult to find.

Update: the bar code and scan number and place to pick up they sent was totally wrong

My First time using tradefit and i will definitely be using them again in the future when needed. The customer service is fault less along with the quality of the products ordered.

There appeared to be a few technical issues placing the order but probably me.
Once order placed very prompt service.

Easy to order online, as I ordered on a Friday, delivery wasn’t going to be until Monday, but they were actually delivered on the Saturday.
So pleased with the quality of the door handles, supplied with all the fittings and hinges, my husband was very impressed with my choice.

I ordered window restrictors, they only took 2 days to arrive, and i really like the treat in the box as well, so the service is first class.

I ordered a bathroom lock, on-line, from this company. There was an issue with the lock, as the surrounding flange was not deep enough to allow the engaged /vacant sign to turn properly. It appeared to be a manufacturing defect. I called the telephone number provided and to my surprise the call was answered directly. I spoke with a member of staff, who managed to understand my 'poor' description of the fault. He obtained another lock from the warehouse and tested if that one worked. He was happy mine was an 'one-off' and offered to post a new one out at no extra cost. The new lock arrived the following day. I must say I was very impressed with the level of customer service from an on-line company, when previous experience tells me that this is not usually the case.

Quick delivery, product as described.

The products from Tradefit were excellent at a very competitive price. The surprise in the tail was that Tradefit uses Amazon Prime delivery and the package was with the very next day. Brilliant!
