Customer service very helpful

Great choice of products. Staff really friendly and helpful. Easy order process and very quick dispatch, and free delivery over £30 (what's not to like). All in all an excellent company great to do business with, if only others were as helpful and efficient what a wonderful world it would be!

Price competitive, delivered on time, actually into my hands which is a rarity with some couriers - packaging appears adequate as not yet used due to carpenter being hors de combat.

Ordered 4 sets of door handles and was not too bothered that the delivery was to be a a couple of days from ordering. Received a very pleasant phone call to advise me that the delivery was going to be delayed by a day. Fantastic service that I have not received anywhere else and would highly recommend.

I had trouble locating replacement handles for an old uPVC door and asked Tradefit for help on-line. They were very helpful and quickly offered a product from stock. This was reasonably priced and arrived well within time estimated.
The handles fitted perfectly.
I will definitely look at Tradefit next time.

Just used Tradefit for the purchase of some reinforced shelf brackets. Couldn’t have been more delighted. Delivery was quick and efficient and the brackets were perfect for what I needed. Would thoroughly recommend Tradefit and will certainly be a returning customer as and when the need arises.

I ordered the handles etc online on Sunday(it was a bank holiday the day after)and I received it Tuesday. I did contact them as I’d ordered the wrong size latches, there was nobody in the office on the Monday so they didn’t get my email about swapping them, they were only in the warehouse so I got the wrong ones. I emailed them and they sent me the ones I wanted and I got those the day after, brilliant. I sent the others back(I paid postage but my blunder)and they’re now fitted.
I’ll definitely use them again.
