I placed my order late on Dec 23 and it arrived the next day, Christmas Eve, amazing service will definitely use again.

Delvery fine fast but The product it self is shit tbh can't even fit a small round padlock init it's goin to need cut and the bottom plate where the bolts fix into the floor 2 are on show so anyway could just use 13 socket to undo the bolt

I had purchased handles with latches including bathroom pack. They are of great quality. When I needed a replacement they were very quick to send me another pack. Really efficient and friendly support from Arthur.

I order a foot-operated doorstop from the Amazon store. It unfortunately came a bit crooked so that I could not install it properly.

I initiated a refund on the amazon website and was given the option to contact the manufacturer.

I sent an email and the response was very quick. I was given the option of a refund or a replacement and I opted for the refund. I did not even have to send in the faulty doorstop, saving me from the hassle of having to go through that process.

The experience was very pleasant with no questions asked on their behalf!

I ordered two door handles, which both had issues. One was outright faulty with drilling in the wrong place so it was useless. The other was very poor quality with a mostly stripped grub hole and just about useable. I reported both at the same time with these comments and was sent only one replacement. The second one is now useless after less than 6 months of being on a door as it no longer holds a grub screw.

Packaging was not secure enough for my items and came with missing parts. The parcel was open and I was missing screws and fixings. A little bit more pricey than other supplies, so I did expect better quality.

Not great, my gate lock I brought, you can push a bit harder on gates and the bolt can just slide out and gates will open. I found this out when the wind blew a bit harder one night and found them wide open. Had to look back on security cameras to make sure I locked them.

Needed 6 door handles with hinges etc and B&Q, Screwfix etc are so expensive. Was so impressed with website, ordering, and delivery. The handles are very good quality and look lovely.

If ordered before 5.00pm next day delivery was offered, I ordered before 3.30pm after contacting tradefit the order was secessfully delivered thank you

Excellent company to deal with. I ordered all my door furniture from here and then I called with an odd requested for specific door furniture for a fire door. They deal with my enquiry over the phone and I spoke to someone who knows what they are talking about which was really helpful! Order was emailed across, so I could pay and complete the order! Would use these again without hesitation
