motorcycle lift table
Just bought a motorcycle lift table, package weights 170kg on a pallet. We had no wrning about date and time of delivery, only an "approximate date".
Package was left outside the property on the lawn...
Also, a flaw it the design of this motorcycle lift table: the let down mechanism is very flimsy and unpractical. Cheap and almost useless. I have a similar lifting table somewhere else, and it has a much better system, simple and reliable. I had to fix this one very shortly after beginning of use.

TRADE HERO. Battery charger dangerous
I purchased a large battery charger off these guys 18mths and i have been very happy with it although i have only used it 7-8 times its worked fine, yesterday i put the charger on a flat battery, only to come back to it 20mins later and it had caught on fire and nearly burt my forklift to the ground, buggered the battery aswell, i thought perhaps i had hooked the charger on the wrong way, but no on closer inspection everything on my end was fine, surely its ment to last longer than 18mths, my old kmart 4amp charger still works after 20years, TRADE HERO refused to replace it, i should have known better buying chinese junk

Battery Condition: The forklift battery may have had an underlying fault, degradation, or internal short that could cause overheating during charging. Even batteries with limited use can develop issues over time that affect performance and safety.
Environmental Factors: Exposure to moisture, dust, or extreme temperatures can impact both the charger and the battery, potentially causing electrical faults or short circuits.
Electrical Load: Sudden surges, incompatible battery types, or irregular electrical load during charging can create conditions that lead to overheating or failure of the charger.
It’s important to note that this unit is a small-capacity battery charger, designed to operate within specific voltage and amp-hour limits. Batteries that exceed the charger’s rated capacity, have different chemistry, or require higher charging current may not be compatible. To ensure safe and proper operation, the battery being charged must comply with the charger’s specified voltage range, capacity rating, and charging profile.
We also wish to inform you that this incident was reported outside our standard 12-month warranty period, which unfortunately limits the options available for replacement.
We take safety reports like this very seriously and have documented the details for our technical team’s review.
We appreciate your feedback, and your observations will help us continue monitoring and improving our products.

Decent cheap option for smaller branches as described
Delivered promptly and works as expected for smaller shrubs and branches. Perfect for turning the big pruning jobs into mulch. Appeared to be a returned item as it arrived a bit dirty with some dents.

Great product
Great product, I purchased an anti-sway/load levelling kit for my car trailer. I was blown away with the price considering you also get a lockable hitch pin and a mechanical/friction sway bar kit, even a chrome tow ball cover! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody!

Everything arrived quickly and high quality
Everything arrived nicely and quickly. I haven’t installed the gate opener that I ordered yet but it looks to be good quality. I was suspicious about what the instructions would be like but they ended up being quite detailed and well written.

Electric Door Opener
I bought 2 Electric Door Openers at a great discounted price and they were delivered very quickly. The instructions are a little vague in places but in the end I managed to get both roller doors sorted. I did however need to source weights for both doors as the kits did not come with them, even though the installation mentions them as a requirement.

Online experience as easy, but receptionist wasn’t
Online experience as good, except when you had 2 items then th freight price was 4 times higher than the individual quoted price. So I just made 2 transactions to sort that. But trying to pick up at the depot was not helpful for the limited times regardless if you were from interstate, the receptionist was happy for me not to make a sale and was happy to let me go to the opposition, for a sale of reasonable $
