Avoid
Substandard customer service from paul hudson at 20.00 hours on 29/4/29 and his manager Mohammed Hammad refused to speak to me. Put a formal complaint in. Avoid tesco mobile as the service, product availability and complaint hadling is shocking beyond belief. Definitely the worse phone company in the uk. I am also investigating the reviews on reevoo because they appear to be made up and missleading customers. I have just asked trading standards to look into it becuase trustpilot appears to give a true reflection of their performance and standards.

Thank you tesco for an excellent trade in experience. I recently sold my devices to Vodafone and few tablets to your self. Easy to use interface, best prices i could get online, up to date email communication and faster payment. I give you 5 star for your top notch service. Keep rocking. Thank you.
