Excellent after sales customer service
Excellent after sales customer service, I’ve bought 13 radiators from trade radiators and after a few months one of them developed a minor issue. After contacting customer service they were able to arrange for the to be radiator collected and fixed. Great communication throughout from Gemma.
The radiators are great and the customer service matches - I would definitely recommend

Love my Nordic Oslo columns
Would definitely recommend Trade Radiators. Have experienced a great variety & choice of valves, rads and towel rails. Appreciated the ease of using the website, helpful customer service by email and phone, smooth efficient deliveries & returns /refunds and all round good quality which has made me very happy & impressed.
My plumbers commented on the quality of the column rads and valves and even complimented the fact that Kim and Gemma knew their stuff on the phone.
I am so pleased I went ahead with my purchases, replaced all my old rads with Nordic Oslo columns , giving off so much heat and look so beautiful, like they were always there. Thank you TR .

Great prices and very fast delivery
Great prices and very fast delivery. One of the items ordered had just gone out of stock but I received an immediate email telling me this and very usefully added a link to a similar item which I then ordered. The item was slightly cheaper and the refund to my PayPal account was done straight away. Great customer service. I have used Trade Radiators before and will use them again - highly recommended.

Ordered the Nordic Raw Metal Column radiators.
Delivery came really quickly and the communication to both arrange the delivery and update on delivery were really good.

Maybe for other customers went well, but my experience was horrible overall.
TradeRadiators used DX Express for my delivery and I never received my radiator because of DX, but at the same time, TradeRadiators did not handle the situation well, considering they had every chance to make it right and they couldn't.
2 weeks, 10 phone calls and 20 emails later, all I have is the refund of the order.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend TradeRadiators.

Ordered 2 big radiators on Monday for the ongoing house renovation. First one in stock arrived next day. Next one on 5 days lead time arrived by Friday. All good except the fittings were missing on the large 3 column radiator. Contacted customer services late Friday on email and message service. Got a response on Monday that parts were being sent straight out. Contacted Tuesday as no tracking number or message about the parts delivery was received. Was told wait until Thursday for them. Parts actually arrived by Tuesday lunchtime by Parcel 24hr. Brilliant service. 10/10 support.

Bad product, worse customer service
Bought a "white" column radiator from trade radiators, what arrived was and never has been white. Replacement we purchased from another company had the same specified RAL colour but the replacement was......White!
I contacted trade radiators, explained the situation, sent over images to show it was not as described but was fobbed off. Terrible product and equally terrible customer service. Ended up being £22 out of pocket for return shipping fees for an item that was mis-sold. No where on the listing page did it say anything about the colour being grey/beige. I genuinely do not understand why some companies do not describe the products accurately. The images are wrong, the description is wrong. It really is not difficult. I would never use this company again.

Woke up to a charge of over 500.00 from a company I’ve never used or shopped with. Beware of fraud!
Edit - I obviously contacted my bank immediately! And it’s the truth of what happened to myself! It’s damaging to myself to have a charge from a company I’ve never used or heard of before this situation.

Please report this to your bank and the police, we are NOT responsible for your card details being stolen or used. If an order was placed and delivered we (the retailer) lose the full financial amount, not the cardholder. This is harmful for small businesses. Please always report any suspicious activity on your cards right away to your bank. Your review is wholly unfair and untrue as we are not responsible for your details being hacked, we ourselves have been targeted. Please remove the review, thank you.

I ordered three radiators and one arrived damaged. I contacted Trade Radiators by email and received a prompt response from Amanda. Within 30 minutes the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with me receiving a discount on the radiator. Excellent customer service!
