Great support from the tutors. Took up distance learning because I work two jobs, but the fact that the tutors were always on hand when I had a problem. The zoom e-classes were super beneficial. Just passed my Level 3 practical assessment and excited for the journey ahead.

I started this course in July. Sadly my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer the same month. We are now in November and I have not made any progress as my mother has been given weeks to live. Train Fitness will not provide even a partial refund which is unbelievable during a time like this. They extended my end of course date but don’t seem to understand that It is impossible for me to complete the course with the circumstances I am under. Incredibly shocked by their lack of compassion and understanding.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the team at train fitness for their understanding during this difficult season I have had. I started on a course just over a month ago while I was 3 months pregnant. However I had recently experienced some complications which caused my GP and midwife to advice me to stop all forms of exercise till my delivery.
When I went to Train fitness regarding this, the gentleman on the phone was so helpful and understanding. He only asked that I supply medical evidence so that they could document it in their files. He suggested that I carry on working through my theory and complete my online coursework as my inability to exercise doesn't stop me from reading and that they would allow me to do my practical elements after my delivery date, once I have been signed off by medically.
I couldn't be more thankful to these guys for keeping my dream alive to become a qualified personal trainer.

I found the online learning was not always easy to follow or clear. However the video made things much more understandable.

I attended the in-person courses in the end with Ben for Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer. Ben was great and help us through every stage. Brought a lot of the learning together. Rosie was also great and friendly during the assessment

Sports Massage was equally challenging but Paul and Katie werereally good and knowledgeable .

Just completed the Women's Health & Exercise Master course. Brilliant content, exactly what I wanted to do to help young mothers and middle aged women. Did the course via distance study as I'm in Scotland and the tutor support made it feel like a face to face course with the amount of e-classes I was able to attend and the other numerous times I spoke to them.

Amazing e-classes with the tutors. Gave me so much clarity in doing my practical assessments.

Despite moving countries from England to Ireland, completing my course was so easy given the ability to send video recordings of my work. Had some apprehension on doing them but the tutor from the e-class made everything so easy to understand and that really helped my confidence.
I went to my local gym where I was a new member due to having relocated and even the gym staff were very understanding and gave me complete freedom as long I didn't interrupt anybody else's workouts. They even suggested that I could work for them once I have my qualifications which I am pleased to say that I have now received. Super excited for this journey ahead.

Loved the in-person training day. Great support from start to finish.

Very well laid out course. The app allows me to study during my daily work commutes. The tutor support was always understanding no matter how lame my doubts were.

Want to commend the e-classes for how good the tutors have been. Keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do

Quoted £350 to extend my course by a MONTH after surgery - the course cost £399.

Do not become unwell or have a family bereavement if you are planning to study with this company as they will seek to profit from your misfortune.

1/ I had to have surgery.

2/ I informed Trainfitness that I would (with plenty of notice) not be able to complete within the 6 months and stipulated the reason why.

3/ they informed me that to extend it will be (direct quote) ‘approximately £100-£350/month.’

That is a MONTH.

For a course that cost £399.

4/ This is an entirely online course with no live teaching involved – it is ALL pre-made content.

5/ I contacted Focus Awards (the awarding organisation) and they said that they set no time frame to finish the course – there is merely a minimum amount of guided learning hours.

I am eagerly awaiting the reply to this message and whether they dispute any of the above. Trainfitness will simply fall back on 'please refer to our T&C’s'.

Post reply edit: I invite everyone to read the passive aggressive reply sent by trainfitness below (pay close attention to the last line) and ask yourselves,'is this a training provider I would like to deal with?'.
The dispensation is simply lip service for the sake of this review - I sent trainfitness an email saying I'd had surgery. At no point was this brought up or, come to think of it, did you even ask how I was at any point of the process. Simple questions Trainfitness - what surgery did I have? What was my recovery like? Have I recovered yet? These are the kind of questions you ask when working out 'special circumstances'. You could not care less. You simply stated the T&C's and how much you could make.
It is true I have trained with them before - fortunately I didnt need surgery during any of my previous courses so there were no service charges.

Thoroughly enjoyed my learning journey. The tutors have always been on hand whenever I had a doubt. The resources, especially the Live e-classes were great. Would highly recommend the Master Diploma.

I was highly satisfied with my experience taking two courses at TRAINFITNESS - completing both my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma this year (2024). I will be returning later this year to take an 'Olympic Weightlifting' Course. Thanks to Ben and other teachers there, I left the courses feeling confident and well-equipped to step into my role as a coach and personal trainer.
In both instances the level of teaching was superb - Ben - my teacher on both courses was highly knowledgeable and engaging, and was a pleasure to learn from, always keeping the energy up and bringing some humour into our classes! I felt supported from start to finish. Katy one of our exam assessors also provided lots of in depth knowledge from a wealth of experience. We usually had the entire gym space to ourselves (just our class) for tutorials and assessments - which made me feel like our learning was a priority.

Excellent teachers, helpful customer service, very informative and well presented courses. Very happy with my choice.

The live classes and tutors were excellent. Really motivated me to change my lifestyle into a healthy one. Highly recommended!

Excellent course, very informative material and in live clinics were fantastic. Ben has been an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable, helpful and a great personality.I will definitely sign up for more courses with trainfitness in the future.

Great course! The experience as a whole was very good too. I had Ben as my teacher, he was fantastic, very funny and coached all the technical details I was seeking. Kate for the few lessons I had was great too and explained everything well.

I am too concerned with my lifestyle...after joining it is now transformed to a whole new level..i love it
