Compassionate and Professional
I called Peter on a Sunday as my dog had passed in his sleep overnight. I left a message and Peter got back to me very quickly and came and took my dog away. He showed great compassion and care in doing this. He brought back the ashes five days later to me.
Very professional service and helped me cope with a very traumatic and sad situation. I hope I don’t have to use him again anytime soon, but I would not hesitate if the need arose.

The whole communication from start to finish was second to none. Peter was attentive and ensured that all details were discussed, he collected and returned our loving cat “little sooty” in the most respectful manner.

Not professional
After ringing several times and just an answer phone we were disappointed, eventually someone answered and I was told they weren’t doing any cremations as they were moving! No message on the answer phone and nothing on your website! I was told you would ring and explain to my partner, you couldn’t be bothered to even do this. I’m afraid you have lost us as customers as I prefer someone more professional. Although I like to support local businesses, this time and in future I shall be using Dignity.

You did not ring back at all. I eventually managed to get to speak to someone when I phoned!! You only mentioned Dignity, which we already have used twice before, so had no hesitation in going back there again. I have now come across another Pet Crematorium which has come highly recommended. We wanted to support a local company this time, but at a very sad and upsetting time you let us down

I believe that we rang you back on the same day you left a message, and explained the situation and that we were incredibly sorry we could not help, but we did recommend 2 companies that we know were of the high standard we expect. I see that you used one of them.
We are a small business and deeply care for all of our clients.
