The product itself speaks volumes but the customer service is amazing too. I forgot to register my helmet and instead of refusing to replace it, they encouraged me to register it and then return it for a replacement after a bad crash! So pleased I can trust this company to help keep me safe when riding!

So far so good! I love the fit and technology. ;Very comfy! 'Have not had any falls since buying it, so can't say how it will do, but I feel my head is as well protected as it is likely to be, which is extremely important!

I love the Trauma Void Helmet! I’ve ridden in GPA’s and Charles Owens and please, don’t get me wrong, they are terrific helmets as well. But the Trauma Void combines good looks (love the piping), comfort and impeccable safety for a reasonable price on top of that! The customer service is also very good. When I decided to try the Trauma void, I ordered my usual size. I wasn’t quite sure of the fit so I called customer service. The gal on the phone walked me through and we decided I needed to try another liner (slightly smaller). She sent it out at no charge, I made the switch and the fit was perfect. Snug without squeezing my brains out. Super comfortable, very breathable. So pleased, I just can’t say enough!

I’ve had my EQ3 now for several months and have been very pleased with it. I wore it comfortably through the hot summer months. It’s comfortable and stylish. But most importantly, I purchased it because of the innovative MIPS layer. As a neuro nurse and long-time helmet advocate, my safety is of utmost importance. The level of safety offered by this helmet, especially at this price point, can’t be beat!

I really like this helmet. As a pleasure rider I decided to invest in the Trauma Void because I have come off my spooky horse a number of times. It fits well and is comfortable in hot or cold weather.

The MIPS technology is proven...I have it in my ski helmet and was thrilled that the equestrian helmets are incorporating it. Thank you. I hope I never test the limits, however I am grateful that it is there.

i came off a galloping horse that resulted in multiple broken bones and a five day stay in the hospital. However I did not ever lose consciousness nor suffer a concussion from the fall due to wearing this helmet. I replaced it with a new one immediately and have recommended it to other riders.

Love this helmet, especially it's safety rating. I had to improve anything I would like to see the ventilation improved--my head sweats in this more than in a GPA or Samshield. But the safety makes it worth it.

I like having the MIP Technology in my helmet.

I like my new helmet. It looks good, fits well and is comfortable. The only thing that I would change is the harness and chin strap. They sit further forward and initially felt awkward. I'm getting used to the feel, but would prefer that they were placed further back towards ears.
This helmet is at a great price compared to others and looks great.

Great helmet for protection. Helmet also will fit most shapes of heads ... that is a GREAT design.
