Totalmente FRAUDE No caigan en este engaño

This company is a definite scam. Paid 50% deposit. Did not receive driver information as promised. Did not respond to multiple emails. Cab did not show up and left us stranded. Did not respond to demand for refund. Any positive reviews must be fakes.

Absolute scam, had precisely the same exlerience as the rest of the peiple writing here. Paid in advance 50% for a ride in Rome, got a message they cannot provide a driver and I will receive my money back in 5-9 days. Of course, it never happened until today, more than a month later. The strangest thing for me is how they create these possitive comments on their web page(?!). Do NOT waste your money on hiring their lack of "services", hope they are banned soon from Google.

Unfortunately I have also been scammed. I paid half the fare £48 and then received e-mail saying they couldn’t provide the taxi but I should receive a refund within 5 to 9 working days. Needless to say the money has not materialised. Again I also saw all the five star reviews on their site and thought the company was good! In future I will also check out trust pilot reviews as well!1

Geboekt om ons te komen ophalen aan de luchthaven in Napels. Er is niemand komen opdagen. Wel vooraf de helft van de rit betaald. Ook geen telefoonnummer beschikbaar. Bij mailen wordt er niet gereageerd. Niet betrouwbaar!!

Like almost all the reviews I had similar experience that they took 50% of the fee and said later that there was no available driver.
For some reason when you try to reserve, strangely this company is being recommended with 5 stars in spite of all negative reviews.

Please, please DONOT book with these scammers, they take your deposit, for both ways, left us stranded in Ravello, and Amalfi, never turned up for both pick up and drop off,, Had to pay 80 euros to get us back to Amalfi. Only wished I looked them up on here first,,, I’ve been told never ever pay beforehand. I’m now filling out a form from my c c company for payback.

Paid my deposit and then no further communications and worse taxi did not appear. In my opinion this is a dreadful company, leaving people stranded ...never choose this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Booked and paid a 50% deposit for airport transfer and we were waiting for our car that never came! This meant that we missed the bus that would have got us to the airport in time and instead we were forced to get a regular taxi that was over €250 but we had no choice others wise we would miss our flight we made it just in time with lots for stress caused!

Like ALL of the comments from other people, we booked airport transfer as we were staying in a secluded area and Ubers are very rare here at that time in the morning especially [3.30am], paid 50% upfront. I got no WhatsApp message as mentioned in the order confirmation. I contacted the company several times especially as we were getting closer to the time of having to leave for the airport. No response!!! We ended up missing our flight because of these scums and paid 300 euros for a local taxi and had to buy new flight tickets.
However I'm doing a chargeback request with my credit card company so it is possible to get your money back. I will also look in to legal action regarding the extra costs and fraudulently advertisement of this company!!

Do not go near this company, it is a scam!!! Ordered a cab via the website, received a confirmation email which immediately made me feel uneasy because it wasn't professional enough. Sure enough, heard nothing more from the company and no way of contacting them. I've now contacted my bank and am in the process of hopefully getting a refund.

scam, booked a cab for a trip from our airbnb to trainstation in Firenze. no taxi came, despite mail confirmation after my booking, since then no reply they took 23 GBP in advance payment……

Complete scam. Do not use this company!!!

Scam! No driver information received, no driver arrived! Leaving us rushing around finding another way to the airport. Avoid!!!

Complete scam. Reserved a week before trip. Made me pay half of the fair ( around 40 euros and never answers my 6 messages during 2 days or showed up. Never contacted me after.
We had no way of getting back to the train.
NEVER, NEVER hire these people !! Completely unreliable and thefts!

It’s a scam. Please do not book.
My family booked it without researching the company. We found out that it is a scam only the night before. However, 50% deposit was already paid. No contact number, no email address, vague confirmation…
It’s a shame that this website is not removed by Google.
