Second time to Birchcroit visiting…
This was our second time to Birchcroit and it did not disappoint. It's a lovely homely base to return to which now feels familiar. Lovely birds and lots of variety, from woodpeckers to owls in the garden. House is cosy and comfortable to stay in. Would return again.

Highly recommend this company and the staff are great!
Great website and easy to use as an owner. Louise who helped us from the start has been fantastic and made the whole set up process stress free providing a very efficient and personal service to make sure everything ran smoothly throughout. I would highly recommend the company.

We have been happy to work with Suffolk Secrets/Holiday Cottages for 5 years. Our Homeowner Account Manager, Hannah Keeble, is on hand to give us her guidance and support and handles our account in an efficient and professional manner acting as a liaison with the housekeeping team. I am delighted with the help and support Sophie Young gave me in helping me to decide to get onboard with Travel Chapter. She answered my numerous questions and was very helpful. Once I had signed up the process of listing my properties was straightforward and I was soon aware of my account manager – Anna who is now overseeing my account. Great experience with Travel Chapter
Holiday Cottages (Travel Chapter) have been excellent in helping us set up our new property. We have used them before and had nothing but good things to say about our previous experience. Our new venture went live last July and we have had very good advice from our property manager and all the staff we have been in contact with. The main thing is we have got most weeks booked already up to September and one for next New Year.

We have been with this agency since the early days of Suffolk Secrets. It is a difficult time at present in the Hospitality business. Our journey has been good since appointing them to advertise our business, it has to be said that this is mainly due to Hannah Keeble our Manager and first link with Travel Chapter.

Assistance with finding occasional change-over help
I needed to find someone to help and do the change-over in my holiday barn and Darren Williams was very helpful and quick in coming up with a suggestion. I haven't needed to contact him very often but he has always been willing and pleasant.

Fantastic company from start to finish. We had some knowledge of holiday Lettings, but the team really helped us look at things we haven’t thought of before and I can honestly say the whole process has been seamless. Would highly recommend.

We have used Travel Chapter (previously Cornish Horizons) for many years and have been very happy with their service. Annabel Leach did a great job onboarding our two properties in Porthleven, Cornwall with her extensive knowledge.
Our Account Manager Amanda Dunstan has looked after us well, together with the in-house Management Services Team of Megan, Rachel & Emma.
