Buyer Beware of deceptive practice of billing you to book your seats.
I normally book seats and have never been billed by the booking company a charge to do so. A charge of $188.00 was applied along with seat selection charges of $242. I waited over 1/2 hour to talk with someone, and they never came to phone.

Our driver Mr Dever went out of his way to show us the places we were interested in seeing. He was very knowledgable about Port Louis. He was very courteous and polite, a true gentleman. Would highly recommend their services.

Ich kann nur sehr schlechte Bewertungen abgeben. Ich kann gar nicht verstehen, warum die Bewertungen so gut sind hier, da noch per WhatsApp oder Telefon noch E-Mail Jemand mir geantwortet hat. Ich habe einen Flug Hamburg nach Hanoi gebucht, Leider habe ich gar keine Bestätigung erhalten und nach meiner mehrmalige Anfragen muss ich feststellen, dass in Spam eine E-Mail ist welches am Flughafen Schinken nach Dubai Dubai Peking Peking neu.
Nach meiner Anrufe E-Mails Nachrichten, die ich immer wieder versucht habe, jemand zu erreichen, wo Flughafen Schinken ist, wurde Mir gar keine Antwort gegeben. Bis heutige Zeit 14 Monate später habe ich immer noch meine 2800 € nicht zurück erhalten. Ich habe viel Stress durch diese unprofessionelle Art und Weise gehabt und musste viel Schadenersatz zahlen bezüglich meine No Show an viele Länder.

Es ist gar nicht zu empfehlen, bei ( Trouble Hub) travelhub zu buchen .
Bis heutige Datum, 10. Oktober 2025 sind alle meine Nachrichten Briefe E-Mails Anrufe unbeantwortet geblieben

Booked three day trips and utilized their services for airport transfers. I was extremely satisfied with the promptness of being on time for the pickup at the airport and and at our Airbnb for the airport dropoff. The driver was very polite and friendly and responsive and informative and was on time at our Airbnb for pickup for our day trips booked with them. The vehicle was good and neat and clean. The driver covered all the sites mentioned in the itinerary of each day trip. Highly recommended

Our driver, Mr. Pradeep, picked us up at the airport and also drove but back once our holiday ended. He was extremely professional while being friendly and offering information along the way. Travelhub support was simply excellent, responded in great time and nothing seemed to be much trouble at all. Should we visit Mauritius again in the future we would not hesitate to use their services again. We highly recommend this company.

Hat alles super geklappt. Man kann die Gesellschaft per Whatsapp kontaktieren und bekommt schnell Antwort. Unser Fahrer Kevin hat uns mehrmals gefahren, war immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und hat uns viel Interessantes über die Insel erzählt. Wir waren sehr glücklich. :-)

Our flight back home to Cape Town was delayed, our driver was on his way to collect us, when I phoned Travel Hub Nieah said no problem, she will call the driver back. Our flight was delayed to the day after, and the driver came to collect us at 3 45 am for our new flight of 7 am. Such amazing, trustworthy service, good prices too!

Booked online after messaging company with lots of questions which were all answered to our satisfaction. Easy booking and payment process. Driver was very polite and helpful and made suggestions. He was happy to leave us for a while and return at a specified time or stay with us at each stop depending on our requirements. He is a credit to the company. His name was Yadhav

Thanks to Nishal we had a very interesting and informative tour through the southwest of Mauritius. He spoke fluent and easily understandable English, was very nice and above all punctual. Stops at various factories were offered to us, but not imposed. So instead we had enough time to take numerous photos of the impressive nature.

Havi picked us up from the airport punctually and was very knowledgeable about the island. He was very friendly and wonderful. We used him for a tour of the island on one of the days of our stay and he was incredibly helpful, even recommending local eateries for us to try. Would highly recommend him as a driver and guide!

Great, efficient service from Travel hub taxis. We arranged with them to collect us to and from the airport to a hotel on the West coast. Good, clean comfortable vehicles, very informative driver called Vishal collected us and waited the extra 45 minutes at the airport as we were delayed with extra paperwork to fill out online on arrival!
Highly recommend Travel hub for their reasonable prices and excellent communication, both before and after airport transfers. Thank you for making it so easy on our arrival and departure without any stress.

We used Travelhub Mauritius for both our airport transfers, and also for a tour of the North & South of Mauritius. On every occasion they have been prompt in response, arrive early, and provide a smooth & safe ride. It is especially useful to be able to pay online prior to your travel. Of note are Juslin who was lovely when he picked us up from the airport, and Prashanth who was a wonderful tour guide for the North. Vickash was also very flexible and allowed us to tailor the tours according to our needs. Highly recommend using Travelhub Mauritius for all your travel needs.
