Travel Nanny paired me with Shan in Taipei who my little ones adored and looked forward to seeing every night. The entire process was very easy, the rates were reasonable, and I felt reassured every step of the way. We would definitely use them again in the future!

After seeing some online advertisements on Instagram for the Travel Nanny, we decided to give them a call for our trip to Japan. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The whole process from start to finish was exemplary and gave us peace of mind as our nannies in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka watched over our little one. The reliable childcare allowed us to explore, enjoy dinners, and navigate the trip without stress, and the company delivered exactly what we hoped for. The sitters were professional, warm, and great with our kid. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and the booking process was simple. Our child felt comfortable right away, which made a huge difference for us. Overall, it added so much ease and enjoyment to our trip, and we’d happily use them again for our next trip to Japan!

So incredibly thankful to Janila for being such a gem during our time in Japan. I was alone with my two children (aged 2 and 7) for about two days, and with one of them having special needs, her help truly made all the difference. She was incredibly patient, caring, and gentle with the kids, and watching them warm up to her so quickly and truly enjoy her presence gave me so much peace of mind.

From the moment Koko our nanny met our daughter she did not miss a beat to connect with her. By the end of first hour they were besties. Our daughter didn't even cry when we left for our date night. Koko gave us just enough updates and left a little simple origami cat knowing that our daughter loves cat. She left a recap letter of how their night went and checked up on us the next morning! Everything went smoothly and we would definitely highly recommend their service and will highly likely book the nanny service again!

Looking after Shalin’s daughter was such a wonderful experience. She and her husband did treat me well by following the instructions and rules set by the agency. Working with them was great at the same time because they were calm and clear with what their expectations from me as their child’s nanny. Their daughter was smart and adorable too so it was a time well spent with her.

We had a wonderful experience with our first ever travel nanny after a family friend recommended using the Travel Nanny service. From the time that we registered on the site to the conversations with the Travel Nanny team, we felt guided all throughout until it was time to fly to Japan.
Our nanny Gennifer was professional, kind, attentive, and best of all our children clicked with her immediately. She made us feel at ease from our first meeting and kept us well updated with messages and pictures.

During her mother’s work stay in Japan, I had the pleasure of looking after her lovely little daughter.
Thanks to the pre-interview, I already knew her interests and personality, so we quickly bonded and had a wonderful time together.

Booking The Travel Nanny was super easy, and the team responded right away to our pretty last-minute request. Our nanny was so sweet, she fed our son dinner and played with him until bedtime, which gave my husband and me the chance to enjoy a little date night during our vacation. The only complaint I have is that I wish I’d known about them sooner! We’ll definitely be using The Travel Nanny again the next time we’re in Tokyo.

We had a wonderful experience with Hiromi as our nanny! She was warm, kind, and friendly, and our 2 year old daughter took to her right away. Hiromi kept us informed throughout the day, sending multiple photos every hour, which gave us peace of mind. The travel nanny process itself was a breeze, the team made everything easy, seamless, and made sure we felt comfortable with our chosen nanny. We’ll definitely be using them again.

We used the travel nanny for a parent’s night out in Tokyo. The whole service made me feel so comfortable from the responsiveness, the zoom interviews of multiple Nannie’s, all the communication and questions through out. The owner really helps you feel trust in them - mother to mother.

We matched with Aimee who our 2YO daughter warmed up to right away and they had a fun night. My only regret is not using the service more!! I would recommend to anyone traveling where they offer services.

The Karcher family were great to work with. The children were very friendly and cooperative. Yulia(the mom) was very good at communicating quickly whenever I had questions. She also kept me updated about their arrival.

We were referred to “The Travel Nanny” by a trusted friend who has used their service and couldn’t be happier with their experience. Read many great reviews and decided to learn more about the process. After enrolling in their program, we were personally greeted by the County Manager of Japan. She then offered us nanny options. From there, we went with Nanny Maddie from reading her personalized resume. She had over 16 years of children experience. Maddie was beyond wonderful with our 2, 5, and 7 year old. She played and was attentive to all three kids. We were around for an hour prior to leaving. They absolutely adored her and all a great time during our quick few hours away. They played with toys, hide and seek, and Maddie even played on the switch with our 7 year old. Every kid had the right amount of attention and everyone was a happy camper. We would recommend the travel nanny to anyone parents who need some time off. Thank you to the entire nanny crew as we are very thankful for your professionalism, care and service.

The CEO is very hands on with her team of nannies, and I have never seen a more passionate leader. I was happy to spend time with the family to assist them with their shopping, meals, and outing. To be able to help parents stay focused on their travels and experiences without worrying about their toddler is a rewarding experience.

It’s our first time hiring a nanny in a different country. So glad I found Travel Nanny! It was easy to navigate communicating with the company using WhatsApp. The team of nannies is vetted out by the owner herself. The nanny we hired in Osaka was a hit with our kids. Our kids wanted to have her again the next day! We had so much fun for a couple of hours while the nanny played and made dinner for the kids. We’ll be using Travel Nanny again when we are in Tokyo.
