I have used Travelpedia before and they go above and beyond.
I have used Travelpedia before and because I was so pleased with them (Bruce was the one who helped me), I have just booked again with them. Christmas market in Prague. He gets the best deal, but even more so, he is patient and professional. While I am dithering about with dates and times, he just patiently takes it all in his stride and accommodates accordingly. Thank you so much Bruce for your patience and your time. Pleasure doing business 😁

Just returned from my second holiday…
Just returned from my second holiday arranged by Joe which this time was Italy visiting Milan , Venice, Florence and Rome , omg all of the activities Joe arranged really maximised the time I had in Italy along with fantastic hotels in each city which were well paced for me to explore each city , coupled with the ease of travelling between the cities on high speed trains was a dream .
All of the trips Joe arranged were top class , cultural and informative examples of these fantastic trips were the roof garden and cathedral in Milan , the Burano and Murano glass factories and grand canal gondola ride in Venice , the leaning tower of Pisa trip from Florence and the icing on the cake was the colusseum and Vatican tours in Rome
Joe kept checking in to ensure al, was okay which was very refreshing
I couldn’t thank Joe enough for such a great experience, I look forward to the next holiday to Japan and Hong Kong with lots of trips already arranged by Joe
I feel assured that Joe really want to ensure I have the best holiday
Joe is such an asset to your organisation so much so I have booked more holidays with you next year including some really exciting trips

Kevin helped make the whole searching and booking process easy, discussed options, changed hotels and area's to accomadate our needs as well as explaining each destination and route. He was polite and understanding answering any questions we had . I Paris for my partners 30th…
I booked Paris for my partners 30th Birthday. Honestly booking everything through Travelpedia was so easy and refreshing as there was nothing I had to worry about, they did all the heavy lifting. I added on a few excursions 2-3 months before going again it was a “no problem leave it was us” sort of thing and they delivered.
I dealt with a person called Bruce and I cannot speak highly enough. We did encounter a problem whilst over there as our tour guide did not turn up for our Eiffel Tower tour, to which now thanks to Bruce we have had our refund and still went up to the second floor and summit of the Eiffel Tower as Bruce said we can sort out a refund (now sorted). Bruce was on and off the phone chasing things for me and kept me composed. In the end he sorted out the refund and remained professional and ever so friendly. I cannot recommend Bruce enough if you ever book through these ask for Bruce, he will look after you and some.
I booked 3 excursions in total and whilst one had an issue which was again dealt with so well and handled professionally. The other two were something we won’t forget. We had a river cruise booked but we changed the time from 8:30pm to 10pm of our own back to see everything light up at night which was spectacular. And travelpedia booked a lovely 5 course meal in the Madame brassiere on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower for my partners 30th which was again spectacular. (Included in the overall price)
Our trip was nothing short of spectacular. The city of Paris is a must visit, it’s a beautiful city with beautiful architecture and the bread was exquisite lol, the vibe was wonderful and so laid back, it made the trip even more enjoyable.
I will be booking with Travelpedia (and asking for Bruce) for my city breaks going forward and they are tentative and are top notch professionals.

Very professional contact
Joe Correra was very thorough and professional when contacted regarding a holiday to Japan. As the itinerary was not just right for us he clearly explained how he could alter it to make it more suitable for our needs. The price was very good and he explained thoroughly the different components of the trip. Unfortunately hubbyvwas not as keen as me so we had to decline but once again this was fully accepted and left it open to contact in the future should I be able to change hubby's mind.v

Joe goes above and beyond for his clients
I have booked two holidays this year with Joe. He has always went above and beyond to help us get the best deal for our budget. The latest trip was to Miami for the football World Cup. We had very specific dates once again and a mixed group of people so bedroom configuration was important. We wanted to be on south beach Miami Beach and obviously with the World Cup being on accommodation and flights were expensive.
Joe got us flights leaving from Edinburgh flying outbound with American Airlines and going via JFK airport in New York. We came back with British Airways and flew back to Edinburgh via Heathrow. We stayed at the Dorchester Suites Hotel in 2 x 1 bedroom apartments which would sleep 4 comfortably with two double beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The suites were huge - had cooking facilities, a fridge freezer, and a microwave. The staff in the suites were friendly and helpful. We could also use the facilities at the sister hotel the Marseille across the road which has direct access to beach. I feel he done really well to get our holiday at the price he did especially with the football being on. The hotel offered a free happy hour for cocktails daily, use of sister hotel and a sun bed and umbrella on the beach every day free of charge. Joe contacted us during our holiday to make sure everything was ok and as I hadn’t been well - kept in touch. Booked two fantastic holidays with Joe this year and will continue to book with Joe as he goes above and beyond. Alison Bryce
