Amazing help from Valerie from start to finish. We couldn’t book the hotel we initially wanted but she helped find us something even better. Thank you Valerie for all of your help.

I spoke to Nick who was lovely. He was extremely helpful, patient and so kind. Without his help I never would have managed. What an asset to your company. Because of him I would highly recommend using you to book any travel and holiday.
Many thanks to Nick!

Adam was most helpful and made the booking process for a party of 8 very easy.
It was a pleasure speaking to him.

This was the second occaision that Valerie has helped us book an Easyjet holiday and once again her help was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable. Thank you very much for all your help.

Adam was extremely helpful. Booking a Family Holiday and was very patient and knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed. At one point we got cut off and even though this was at the end of the booking and the deposit payment paid he phone back immediately to make sure everything had been covered. Would deffinately recommend.

Adam was a really great sales agent. Had a lot of time for questions from me and made the process very easy.

Many thanks!

I booked my holiday with Adam. I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate your help. You made the entire booking process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Your attention to detail, patience, and ability to find the best options really stood out. It’s clear you genuinely care about your clients having a great experience. Thank you for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be recommending you to others!

Huge thank you to Daniel, he was absolutely brilliant helping us book our holiday. I needed to get two separate bookings through at the same time to ensure we both got the same hotel (my adult children). He did this for us as I wasn’t comfortable doing this myself in case I messed it up! THANK YOU Daniel!! You’re awesome!! 🤩

Having spoken to Valerie Burton, today to secure a holiday in November, Valerie could not have been more helpful. Everything was booked and confirmation documents were sent within minutes of our call. What a great service from Travel Solutions when most service industries are getting worse. A great experience and I would highly recommended.

Sales agent Valerie Burton could not have been nicer.
It was quick to get through on the phone, we received excellent advice, and the process was seamless.
Looking forward to our holiday, and as things stand I will use this booking route again.
Thank you

Would highly recommend travel solutions. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Valerie Bunton on many occasions and i can honestly say she is amazing, warm, friendly so professional and delivers on what you need. Excellent.

At busy times can be very difficult to contact. But at less busy times are very efficient and professional. Very helpful and nothing too much trouble either booking a holiday or asking for additional information after holiday is booked. Have had 5 easyjet holidays in the previous 3 years all booked through this company.

Adam was very professional, knowledgable and very helpful. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted, contacting the villa company with our questions. He rang back and emailed when he said he would, was very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend booking with Adam.
