Since the 5 star review I wrote on the 20th March, I've had a bit of a shocker health wise and have had to postpone another holiday. Spoke to Jane who could not have been more helpful in rescheduling my trip. Really nice to see such good customer service in today's world!

Victoria was incredibly patient and efficient and immediately sorted out the booking problem. SO helpful

I booked a holiday via Travel Solutions Network as the agent acting on behalf of easyJet holidays for special assistance for my grandparents. Unfortunately due to the ill health of my grandma we decided to cancel the holiday with 60 days' notice which was in line with their policy of our deposit being refundable. Unfortunately they refused to refund our deposit despite us adhering to their policy. I would strongly urge anyone who is booking with this company to reconsider.

Adam Hallsworth was great with helping us book our holiday with EasyJet. He was very thorough, patient and listened to everything that was needed for our family. Excellent service and would happily use again!

Daniel Clyburn provided an excellent service and went out of his way to help us when the Ezyjet website went down. He sorted out our holiday and had to call us back several times.
All the bookings went smoothly and we had a wonderful trip to Copenhagen.

I can’t thank Scott enough for all his help in booking my holiday. I had an issue with the easy jet website so I had called over and Scott was amazing. He was so friendly and kind and patient. Answered all my questions and went above what was expected. Genuinely made the experience so painless. Really hope if you’re booking you are lucky enough to get him.
