Good customer service but charging…
Good customer service but charging People for ticket insurance is unlawful. I was told that it is policy and was forced to pay for the insurance that I don't need. I need to be reimbursed on that after finding out under Consumer Rights Act 2015 that no business can force you or include insurance to a ticket without your consent. I was forced to buy ATOL & IATA insurance without my consent.
I was told in WhatsApp text that it refundable if not used. So please refund the £40
