There are disadvantages

I liked the site, but there are disadvantages:
1.10 minutes is very little to issue tickets for a large number of people. I had to do it three times because I didn't have enough time.
2. I am a foreigner and could not add my number when issuing tickets, and without a number they cannot be issued.

Dear TRE Customer Service,
Thanks for reminding me to review my experience: so here I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience traveling from Batumi to Tbilisi with my parents. We booked three first-class tickets, anticipating a special and memorable trip. However, the experience did not meet our expectations for several reasons:

1. Lack of Services: We expected first-class service to include amenities such as internet, coffee, and possibly other special services. Unfortunately, none of these were available. In fact, when I requested hot coffee and offered to pay extra, the staff informed me that this was only available for business class, and then left without further assistance.
2. Condition of the Carriage: The door behind us had a broken handle, causing it to open and close constantly, creating a very annoying noise throughout the journey. Additionally, the window next to us was so dirty that we couldn’t enjoy the view at all.

Given these issues, I am seeking clarification on the differences between first-class and economy tickets. Our experience did not reflect the premium service we expected, and it seemed that economy might have offered a better experience at a lower cost.
