It was the best! NOW THE WORST. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED ZAKE!

I contacted Treads to recover my car for repair. They agreed to pick it up but didn't.

They are no longer in service, just collecting payments

This company seems to no longer be in business as they do not respond to anyone. Their website and app are both still active and allowing people to create new subscriptions that they can't cancel.

Company refuses to cancel subscription!! Will not communicate! Very disappointed, definitely feel scammed!!!

I’ve been a member 5+ years. I needed roadside assistance today and no one answered or called back. I had to call AAA, spend $250 out of pocket. I will no longer use this service!

First - The tire service and rotation side of the business was as advertised. However, the billing after your subscription (auto month-to-month) was deceptive and when I tried to cancel I got crickets from their support. No response, simply a monthly credit card charge. I ended up having to dispute charges and blocking Treads because they NEVER respond. For this, SCAM

The service and app were great when I signed up in 2022, but now that I need to make account changes and try to schedule a service, I am unable to because nothing is accessible within the app and it insists I have a previously scheduled service. I tried to use the in-app messaging only to get an AI bot that gives an email address that is not being answered, and I cannot get a response from the phone number on their site. I just want to cancel my account due to a lack of service, because now it's a waste of money to pay for something I can't use.

impossible to reach them. in past it was great and beautiful. Now its almost impossible to reach them, it don't make any sense!

I've been trying to reach out for a week+ to schedule a new service but I can't because no one marked the last service from a year ago complete... Now I'm stuck without a vehicle for a serivice that is supposed to fix my exact issue.

This whole thing is a scam and I've been with them for 5+ years! I just want my new tire that I pay for...

Stay clear of this company, been waiting 6 weeks for a replacement tire appointment that they postponed because the tire is out of stock? I have reached out so many times I lost count, not one response back!

There service appoint scheduled is garbage. I scheduled service appointment thru them for a local shop a week in advance. No confirmation email was sent, day of appointment shop had no record, was told by their ai chat I would get a live agent 6 days later no one answered after 10 days I did another chat was told I could cancel and reschedule without being charged. I was still charged the $50 cancel fee. Sent an email to their help email. It’s been 11 days with no response. Ai chat said if I dispute the charge with my bank my account would be sent to collections and to try emailing again. My live support request is still pending in there app now for 21 days.

Always on time and courteous great service and plans.when you need help they respond right away.

I missed my appointment and the service people called me the next day to do the service then. I was so grateful for that.

I have been a Treads customer for over 2 years now and I absolutly love them! I'm on my second set of new tires. Installs are seamless and I have experienced excellent customer service, before, during and after installation.
I HIGHLY recommend this service/company!

It was so fast and convenient. I love that they come to you.

So, I just tried talking to Joe on the Treads app well he blocked me. He didn’t try and work things out with me , which, I was totally willing to do. So you know what how about we visit small claims court since y’all won’t speak to me like adults …

Treads has been amazing. The customer service is always top notch. The convenience of having Treads come to my home has been next level. An amazing company providing an amazing product!!!

Texting with them is easy, they are responsive
