I paid never got my 900 credit, no response from them hours left wasting my time checking if anything has changed. Very disappointed and I feel its not nice to do this to people, I hate giving bad reviews but I had no choice, I dont want anyone to experience losing their money,

They are scammers, credits used and not delivered, videos not generating and team not answering when I asked for refund. Be aware of them. I been kicked out from discord server for asking a refund. Btw:the subscription can't be cancelled you have to block your payments from bank otherwise they will charge always(hungry for money).

Not worth the money. The credits automatically reset to zero once you cancel your subscription. The support team is unresponsive, and they introduce new features without proper testing, which ends up consuming your credits without delivering the desired results.

I was unable to cancel my subscription directly through the service. Thankfully, I was able to cancel it through my PayPal account. Also, it's misleading to advertise this service as a video upload platform.

Vadoo TV is a s*it video platform.. Do not use it.. They sold LTD and I have 3000 GB and they have put a limit of 2GB file upload limit when contacted their support, they told we cant increase the limit.. If you have sold the Storage then let the customers use it.. STAY AWAY from professional Scammers. Usually I don't write reviews... But they made me write this review.

I would like to warn you about this company. They are the creators of Vaadoo.tv and Uuki.live. I had a lifetime subscription with Vaadoo with unlimited videos and a storage of 3000 GB. They temporarily suspended my account because I allegedly went over reasonable bandwidth usage. If, like me, you have posted 76 videos, with a usage of 18/3000 GB and look at my visitor statistics of the websites where they are published, then I already have a suspension because the total of the 76 videos has been viewed max 600 times. You can understand that I had a lot of work to put every video on a different platform because visitors got the message: You have crossed the fair usage bandwidth limit on Vadootv. Reach out to support on https://vadoo. to upgrade to a custom plan. In their own system I can't see how much a video has been viewed. When I then ask to indicate which video it is, I also get no response.
Just the work to get all my videos (and those of my clients) back online through another channel, because they can't give me a correct answer and block all videos with a message. So really watch out with these people, it's only about making money for them, solving problems is not really there.

They tried to charge us after we bought their lifetime deal by saying that we surpassed the fair usage for unlimited bandwidth and needed to upgrade.

According to their T&C, lack of fair usage would be for users that are above the 99% bandwidth consumption of all users. For reference, we do less than 200 views per day, each of a couple of minutes, so I was very surprised and I asked for evidence of that.

They did not provide any information about bandwidth. Instead, after our request they blocked all the videos on our account without notice. The videos (used for premium content for which customers pay) stopped loading and we started receiving customer complaints and refund requests. We had to immediately move to a different solution. I requested again an explanation which they refused to provide (it’s now 25+ days since we contacted them).

At this point, I believe they are trying to get rid of customers with lifetime deals with unproven claims.

Overall: don’t trust this company as they will try to screw you.

I've been trying to cancel my account there are no settings, nowhere i can change my credit card and the costumer service is horrible.

I signed up with VadooTV because I needed a way to host videos on my site that were not limited by other social video platforms. I did not want to risk videos being taken down without recourse.

I am a writer, coach, counselor, and course creator. VadooTV will help me host videos for subscribers who do not want to view on social platforms. It will also help me bring viewers to my site(s).

Their timeline for updates, and speed of implementation, has been impressive. I'm excited to see how things progress for them while I build my services. VadooTV offers more than I can take advantage of yet, but I know I will.

PLUS, the new AUDIO RSS add on is great! I look forward to using it for a podcast.

Vadootv is a great video hosting platform. Using YouTube is not the way forward for a professional website owner because of ads and much other "noise" that removes focus from your product or service. Also I needed a solution for embedding videos on websites that allowed me to customize the video player. The software is so intuitive. Anybody can use it. This is a great, great platform, pure and simple.

Vadoo is fantastic. I have everything you were looking for in video hosting and more. Large storage capacity, large bandwidth, maximum security for my videos. But I also have multiple customization and marketing options. And this is only the beginning because the creators have a great roadmap and are very aware of the opinion of their customers to satisfy them. The updates are constant and very good. The support is very good too. They are very friendly and answer very quickly.
Very happy with the acquisition. I recommend it to everyone.

Vadoo is convenient, simple, efficient, and gives me peace of mind that all my video and audio can be hosted securely and effectively in one place. I love the Voom chrome extension and the efficient customization of videos and the ease of sharing across diverse platforms. I plan to use this platform for years to organize and host my content long-term.

What makes the service good: speed, customization of everything, privacy level, and last but not least I am also happy with customer service. The video player is simple and has all the things that good video players have.

What could be improved: I will love to see in the future possibility to snap the note from the video transcript and save it.

I take Vadoo as the backup solution but it seems that will be the first choice. Overall, the product options are good and there is an explanation of everything I need to know, many sources of information, tips, and tricks. It's easy to use, simple-looking, and on the other hand, comes with users' complex needs in mind. I like it and I think is good enough for business use, also. I have good experience for now.

The guys are awesome. Special customer support. Vadoo will be the best platform ever if it will follow this trend of growing

It's more than Vimeo, we have chosen it for our Online business company which have a lot of videos to manage.

The customer support is amazing, Anil too who is one of the best tech expert in the vadoo Facebook group, really fast to manage solutions.

I can't believe how fast upload to this player was! AND, I can load up any size file (so far I have loaded 480megs and 700megs) - unlike other companies who limit you to a finite amount of 500megs.
VaDooTV may be the answer to all my hosting prayers! Looking forward to using all the new bells and whistles. And, support has been amazing - was able to reach out to them in the middle of the night and got help in less than 5 minutes.

I really like the simplicity of the platform, and my non tech teammates can easily integrate this tool in their workflow. Its not just a video hosting platform, It comes with a lot of features such as Screen capture tool, Landing page with CTA, password protection, video management with multiple users.

I must say that I was reluctant first because of hosting solutions like AWS, BunnyNet, etc. But with VadooTv I get a lot more, as stated above, its not just about hosting. On top of that Vadoo team is listening to our requests and they are constantly releasing new features..some of the latest:

-The ability to send video request

- Video chat bubble

- Video Channels

- Video chapters

- Subtitles

And more features are in the pipeline.. take a look at their roadmap, It has a promising future!

We're excited to purchase this software from Vadoo.tv! We're a hotel management company with various brands in our portfolio. While we're currently using YouTube embeds on our website, our plan is to move everything over to Vadoo.tv.

Vadoo.tv will allow us to keep our branding front & center while allowing us to keep the focus on us. The software also allows us to create our own channel. We plan to create channels for each of our hotel brands and upload videos that provide marketing but also testominials from our guests. This link can then be shared with potential clients/guests as part of our Presentation.

While currently, we're at the beginning stages for setup of all this, we're really appreciative to have the tools to incorporate video marketing & sales. We've also been keeping up with the rapid development of their team and excited to see the future of Vadoo.tv.
